Well i really dont think that anyone can help you with this question untel you tell us really what you want to get better on? such as vocals imparticular or are you nervous when you sing do you try to hard? what is it really. To get higher notes when you practice which you should do frequently try putting your hand as high in the air as you can when you want to get higher notes but dont think about it just do it like singing the scale when you reach that high do put your arm up. It just helps i took a singing class 2 years in a rowe and the first thing i learned is also to feel comfertable and be able to trust your body. There also is herbal remedies to help your vcal chords and drink water helps to. Hope iv helped a little.

Usually there is only one of me giving advice but today there is two me and my friend. Personally if you feel that you dont like her and she hurt your friend badly your instincts are perfectly honest. Just because your friend is friends with someone doesnt mean that you have to be friends with them to. You dont have to be friends twith the same people your friends are with. I have a friendwho is friends with this girl and i hate her guts and she knows that and accepts that. You should tell your friend and tell er how you feel about the situation and if she is a ture friend to you she will understand and wont hang out with this girl the same time your hanging out with her.

Im sorry that this is very late iv been caught up in things going on at home. Alright first hun there is no way that you can get others to understand how you feel. When i first started going out with different guys every single guy used to abuse me they beat me and iv been raped twice. There is no way tyo recover from it. But dont feel suicidal because the ones that lived poor childhoods are always the ones that grow up to be the strongest and best lived. Things always get better rather you think so or not, you only live once and thats what has kept me going through my tough times. Ok hun im not trying to be mean to any one here but all this advice i believe doesnt work. The family thing iv done that and you still get nervous because your used to your family not to school mates school people are alot more judgemental. I am like this to but when i went into a voice class i was made to sing infront of people. We did like tests and things to raise our confidance. Anyways some good tricks are when your up there talking try to project your voice so it may sound like your not afraid but dont yell lol. Also if you have to or want to look up if you have any friends look at them and only them if you dont in that class look straight back at the wall so it makes like your looking at the crowed but your actually not find a place onm the wall and stare at it. Soon or a later you wont see anyone else in the room. Anothjer one is when you stand up there dont start right in stand for a second look at the ground or close your eyes and take three deep breaths than start your report. Dont be nervous because just remember if anyone picks on you the teacher is there to let them have it and you can laugh at them for gettign introuble. Sorry so long but i hope iv helped. Write back.

HA, sorry i dont mean to laugh opr anything but you sound just like me. I have a depression issue and a level 3 bi polar issue so i know exactly what your going through. Listen to me death isnt that great you may think it now because your in a rut. Iv tried every way imaginable to kill myself and none of them worked iv been in a psych ward three different times. Iv now come to realize that im not supposed to die, im supposed to accomplish something on earth once your dead your dead hun. Think of all your friends and family think of your future , if your boyfriend keeps hurting you why go back to him? it doesnt sound selfish it just means that your realising the truth in life not all of it is fair. I dont really knwo what to say but iv been through exactly what you are and its a very painful and not a pleasant stage. When i cut my wrist one time and the ambulance got to my house they told my mom that 10 more minutes and i would have been dead i spent 15 days in the hospital and 2 years in the psych centre. You dont want to be there hun trust me life is worth it just hold in there things will get better. Life is like shit you can either walk over it or pick it up and it gets better smelling. That was a stupid metaphore but lol. What it comes down to is once your dead your dead and theres no coming back no trying to re do what you did and it will get awfully boring and cold just think of that.

Tell your boyfriend if he is so weight concious than go on this diet. The diet i made up is he will eat all what he wants but he only eats the serving sizes. It might sound crazy but it really does work and hes still eating. When i was younger i went through a faze where i didnt eat much of anything for about two months and i really wasnt hunger but my aunt choved cake down my throat. Just tell him to try this diet and that is how you and him can both be happy hes eating yet not getting "fat". Hope iv helped write me back id love to hear more about it.

Actually this might sound weird but yes she does, because by law yoou are not old enough to give concent to ingage in sexual intercourse. Also if you are 15 and he is 18 that is concidered child molestation and your mom can slap the nastiest word on him if she wants. If she wanted to she could call the police and tell them that her daughter waqs raped because by law thats what it was. Rape in the third degree. I know that is bad b but thats what the law is, so i would be very careful i know youd like to hear something totally different but its how it is.

Well my one nd only peice of advice to you is dont do anything to try to be a "bad girl". Be yourself and hell notice you then it probably isnt that he is a bad influence on you it might just be that he doesnt like you in more than a friend way. If i was him i wouldnt be bragging about being bad thats so immature, when i was in eighth grade i used to run the streets and i was going to the police station practically every night. The way i was heading i was either going to turn up dead or in jail for life. Sometimes i think id like to go back but than i remember how i felt and how my family and friends felt. And i dont want to go back. My husband i met him at the end of eighth grade when he was my boyfriend and he is my savior. He literally saved me from death. I wouldnt like you turning up like that and im sure your friends and family wouldnt like it either. Just be yourself and if he likes you for whwo you are thats great but if he cant except that you are who you are than hes not a guy you want anyways. No offense but i wouldnt talk to that "friend" because if she is letting this mess carry out and she knows who is doing it and wont tell you thats not a true friend. No offence hun but you have major drama issues, I think the dream just means that you are confused about who you like and your ex oyfriend coming up to you and calling you, wanting to hang out, maybe he just wants to be friends. Everyone has something that they obsess over and aparently yours is in your thought process and how you think. Its ok to have OCD as long as it doesnt start affecting the way you live and your life fully.
