I Have a problem
Im 13 years old and im 5'5 --5'6 and i weigh 120 pounds which is 55 kilos not fat at all
skinny or normal right?
but you see i used to be overweight and i worked REALLY hard to get to 120 and i wanna lose a LITTLE bit more
But my problem is is that if i ever want to eat something like a chocalate bar or chips or something i ALWAYS feel guilty, and im not joking i ALWAYS feel guilty, but i dont usually eat these stuff, i only eat them 1ce a week, i work out EVERYDAY on my treadmille
i fast walk for 50-60 minutes and i lose around 300 calories a day in my workout and i know that i burn way more because ijus worked out, but whatever i put in my mouth not only chocalate or junk food its basically alot of things seriosuly you have no idea how paranoid i can get, my whole family tells me that its bad and i can turn anorexic,, please help? :).
you should add what you normally eat a day so we can get an idea of what your problem exactly is. i kind of have the same problem whenever i eat, unless its fruit i always get this ughhh im guna get fat now feeling, even tho im 105 pounds 5'3. but add what you usually eat everyday and then can help yaaaaaa

it could be a food alergy. i break out all over my shoulders when i eat bread. try not eating bread for a week and see if they go away. if thats not the problem, then sorry (:
I'm 21/f, the guys are 21 and 23. They're both generally childish, but one of them is brutally honest. One of them lies, but sucks at it...but this is quite a bit more subtle than a lie, which is why I'm confused.
I dated the 23 year old for awhile, and we've had kind of an on-and-off relationship for about three years. We've settled into a very solid friendship, and have always been honest with each other about everything, whether it was really necessary to say it or not. (Which actually led to some fights of ours.)
The 21 year old is my ex's friend, and we dated for about a month in one of the off-times before I realized what a mistake it was and ended it. This guy has another girlfriend, and they've exchanged "promise rings," whatever that means. We've hung out sporadically, mostly as gym buddies, and he's always been fine.
Today, mister 23 let me in on an interesting exchange he had with 21. Apparently, 21 called me a "f*cking whore," to which 23 responded with a long string of accusations and swear words, leaving 21's house and not answering his phone calls. This was totally random and uncalled for. I don't know the context of the conversation, I didn't want to make a big deal out of it to 23, but it's bothering me.
What I'm trying to figure out is if it's true or not. When I dated him, 23 tended to twist things. Thus, fights ended with my apologies instead of his, etc. I learned a lot from him, though, and he doesn't have the ability to confuse me like that now, nor does he want to. It crossed my mind that he might have told me that little story to stop me from hanging out with 21, but since I hardly see him anymore anyway, and 23 knows that, I don't see the point.
If 21 thinks I'm such a whore, then why does he randomly call me asking to hang out? 23 and I hung out for awhile today, and 21 called both of us within 5 minutes. Neither of us answered. I'm thoroughly confused as to what's going on at this point. Both of them could theoretically have ulterior motives, and I can't really talk to either of them about this without making waves. Generally I don't have an issue doing that, but 23 and I just bounced back from something pretty bad. The last thing we want is to be mad at each other over something stupid when we're trying to remember why we connected in the first place.
What do you guys think?
23 obviously has feelings for you, and im guessing 21 has some feelings for you also. he may be dating somebody else but he still likes you. & it sounds like 23 doesnt want you talking much to 21, hes probably jaelous. and 21 might have called you a fuking whore, but maybe only because hes mad that you and 23 are talking/hanging out a lot more. when me and my ex broke up, i would call him an asshole to everyone just because i was mad that we didnt talk much anymore, even tho i didnt really think he was an asshole, its just the anger coming out.

love for a parent is different than love for a boy, like love for your boyfriend. and im not sure why parents say that.. but i think because they were young once, and they "thought" they were in love with a highschool boyfriend, so they just think thats how it is with all teenagers. you're never too young to be in love!

Welll every summer i go on vacation with some friends and theres this one guy whos goes thats my age that i hang out with .In the begin of the trip he doesn't show much intrest in me and he'll kinda stay distant from me. but as the trip progress his start to flirt with me more and more. like he'll just start out like with little flirty thing like "oh your cute" and stuff like that and then he'll try to hold my hand and make excuses to hug me and stuff like that and it makes me really nervous and gets my stomach turning, and there sometimes when thing almost get really serious. but i dont want to take it that fare.And hes been doing it every trip for the past 3 years. Sooo.. I'm definitely not trying to gross anyone out, but I was just wondering-- does soda change the smell of urine? I've been drinking a lot lot lot of it lately, and my pee smells really gross.
I'm a virgin, but I've been fingered recently-- but, his hands were washed first, and I don't know how it would affect the smell of my pee, since it's a completely different hole and all.
Any ideas?
too much soda can dehydrate you, and when you're dehydrated your pee gets yellow and smells worse than normal. try drinking a lot of water that should help..
I know there's a million of these questions, and I'm really sorry for that, but I need to loose about 10-15kg by December.
I don't have much time to exercise, but I can eat healthy.
The exercise I do right now is an hour of squash every other day. Also tennis couple of times a week, depending on the weather, and my plans.
Any advice on how to loose this weight would be much appreciated.

So theres this guy that i got set up with by my friends. We have hung out some and he asked me to a formal and stuff. But, lately he hasnt called and asked me to do anyting. But, every time I see him at a party he comes up to me and dances w/me alot.
Im really confused on what i should do. I texted him to ask if he wanted to hang out but he didnt text me back. So now Im confused on whether or not he is interested. What should I do? Let it be? Or should I call him?

he didnt get bigger, just you're still really tight. next time you have sex, let him stick it in and out a few times to losen it up a bit, then you should beable to enjoy it! also make sure u lube it up! it deffinately helps a lot with the pain cuz it goes in a lot easier/smoother. but also make sure you're relaxed, dont tense up! it will just hurt worse =p

I am happy with my body except this little pouch of fat or skin at my belly button and right above my hips my belly flattens. this is very hard to explain but some say that i have "a baby making stomach" since i already have some fat or extra skin there. I have a flat belly besides this annoying pouch. i do about 400 slow crunches a day but it is still there! I am also a very healthy eater and i exercise a lot. maybe i am just not doing the right exercises? Please tell me what i could do to get it to go away.

2 years ago i went out with this guy for 5months and after 5months i lost the "beginning relationship spark" but i thought i didn't like him anymore but i knew i still loved him. anyway i didn't know what i was feeling and i broke up with him. he was my first love and i was his. not too long after we broke up he got a new girlfriend and has been with her ever since but now two years later i miss him ALOT. last night i was crying hysterically. like screaming crying because i missed him so much and i want him back. i havent cried over a guy...ever! just when we broke up. we started going out on the day before valentines day (today) so im not sure if valentines day is bringing these emotions but last valentines day i was fine without him. we've been texting for about 2 months now but not talking about me liking him. just boring conversations but now his phone broke so we havent talked in a week and i can't call his house, that would be wayyyy too akward. i did request him on myspace though last night so im hoping to talk to him on there. BUT, these feelings for him aren't going away and i havent felt like this or missed him in 2 years but now all of the sudden i can't remember why we broke up. i really really really want to tell him that i'm still in love with him but he's been going out with this other girl for almost 2years. i need to get this off my chest but even though i would rather him be with me than her, i don't think im quite mean enough to tell my ex i like him right before he celebrates valentines day with his girlfriend.

i think, maybe he still has some interest in you if he was texting you back. i mean he has a girlfriend for 2 years, i think that girl would probably be a bit jealous that he was TEXTING you, his ex-gf. so if hes texting you for about 2 months, then hey thats a start :)
and since his phone died, when he accepts you on myspace, i think you should message him. dont strait up say I MISS YOU I LOVE YOU, because ehh that might be a little too straitforward, you dont want to scare him...

If I open and close my jaw, it randomly cracks or pops. It isn't loud [I'm probably the only one who can hear it] and it doesn't hurt at all whatsoever. People told me to look up TMJ. I don't really have any TMJ symptoms except one or two. I'm going to the oral surgeon in a few weeks for a wisdom teeth checkup so I can ask the doctor about it then. I'm just a bit worried because I thought it wasn't too serious since it wasn't painful and it never stopped me from chewing or anything like that. Has anyone had this and if so, what is it?? Thanks!!
