I really like this guy but im not sure if he likes me...

Welll every summer i go on vacation with some friends and theres this one guy whos goes thats my age that i hang out with .In the begin of the trip he doesn't show much intrest in me and he'll kinda stay distant from me. but as the trip progress his start to flirt with me more and more. like he'll just start out like with little flirty thing like "oh your cute" and stuff like that and then he'll try to hold my hand and make excuses to hug me and stuff like that and it makes me really nervous and gets my stomach turning, and there sometimes when thing almost get really serious. but i dont want to take it that fare.And hes been doing it every trip for the past 3 years. But i really really like him but im not sure if hes just using me just to occupie himself over the trip. cause at times he'll bring up girls that he like and hangs out with so it makes me kinda upset and jelous i guess, and if were sitting next to each other sometimes he'll be texting girls that he hangs out with while he flirting with me which kinda makes me mad.=[[
so i dont know what i should do i dont want to tell him i like him cause i dont want to rewin are friends ship and im not sure if he like me or not? so im so counfused. And i really like this guy ALOT!! so what shoould i do???.... Please help me !!

He likes you. Hes texting other girls because he wants to seem "cool" and he doesnt know any other way to do it besides showing you "Oh other girls like me"
The next time you see him, you should walk up to him and say something along the lines of "I'm seriously thinking about kissing you in the next few days" and just watch his reaction.
