Tummy pouch

Question Posted Saturday February 16 2008, 10:56 am

I am happy with my body except this little pouch of fat or skin at my belly button and right above my hips my belly flattens. this is very hard to explain but some say that i have "a baby making stomach" since i already have some fat or extra skin there. I have a flat belly besides this annoying pouch. i do about 400 slow crunches a day but it is still there! I am also a very healthy eater and i exercise a lot. maybe i am just not doing the right exercises? Please tell me what i could do to get it to go away.

Everybody has a stomach pouch, but if you want to make it smaller running is always your best bet. Running tones your tummy, which is what you need. It's not like you need to lose weight, just tone up and build muscle in that area. I guarantee that if you go for a regular run at least 4 times a week, that stomach pouch will definitely shrink. But remember, don't get disappointed if it's not 100% gone. Tummy pouches are totally normal, just some people's are more noticeable than others.
Good luck toning!
