Where can i get a weight table for a 13 year old???
I also know this question is asked a lot, but how can I work on my thighs, abs, and arms??

Ask your mom if she thinks it is okay fro you to try them.. if she says yes, try taking fewer then the bottle says.. to se what your reaction to them is.. then if she says no
Try excercising.. I wouldn't recomend a diet though because those can be harmgul to growth..
on your thigh exercise, try bicyicle kicks.. where your on your back head of the ground feet off the gorund in a 90 degree angle and act liek riding a bike that should help abs as well
try pedlers for abs though .. lay on your back hands under yur but feet 6 in off the ground and straigth.. and kick then up and down about 6 inches..!
arms.. just get a big circular weight and put it near your collarbone and push upwards this is called a military press!

Well.. it's hard to say.. but I always look at girls! more at guys.. but when I look at girls I don't think of them as HOTT but more as of gorgeous.. like not in a lesbian wayy! I think you are probly getting confused with how you feel about girls..

Hey!! No need to change your personality!! If you start wearing make upv or go to a M.A.C. store and get a make over.. they can surely help you there!! But beyond the most don't change your personality! then once you et a make over, you wil have the personality and the looks!!!!!!! you will blow your friends out of the water!!!

In the past couple weeks, ive gained 10-12 lbs and i cant stop freaking out. My exercise and eating habits havent changed and i dont know why but i keep putting on more and more weight. I feel so disgusted with myself. Can anyone explain to me why ive gained all this weight all of the sudden? (No, im not pregnant.) I dont overeat. I actually burn all my calories. Any way i can lose all this weight because exercise and eating healthy arent working? (link)

I'm sorry this is gonna be long but I really need the help with a few questions.
- I want to break up with my boyfriend. I was kinda desperate when I said I would go out with him. Tuesday will be a month and a week we've been together. And I know he really loves me. He's even snuck out of his house to be with me. I still wanna be his friend. But I'm afraid that if I dump him he won't wanna be my friend. And there are a few reasons that I want to dump him. Any ideas here?
- The guy that I like, really really likes me. He asked me out a while ago and I didn't like him then so I just said I dunno, and then I got a boyfriend. But now I really like him and my one friend was talking to him and they started talking about me. She asked him if he would ask me out if me and my current boyfriend broke up and he said he would. Then he said that I would never say yes, so he probably wouldn't. And I really wanna go out with him. And I'm dumping my boyfriend (hense the question up there ^) lol. What should I do???

Well although you love this guy... after you break up w. your bf wait about a week so that it won't seem ovious to your current bf that you broek up with him just for that other guy.....
It also depends if your bf and this guy are good friends..
If they are.. don't go out with either
If they aren't.. use the info that I said at first

I can't say I have a bulging gut becasue I don't, but I can say that if people are making fun of you.. they are making you the center of there lives.. so mayeb they have some problesm of there own that they are insecure abotu and don't want any1 to know about... so they focus the spotlight on you

I'm 13, female, about 5'4" and about 140 lbs. I've tried dieting, since i'm too young i can't use diet pills, and i've run out of solutions. DOn't cry about your weight!!! that should not be one of your priorities! I know that is easy for me to say becasue I am not over weight.. people aren't perfect.. and every1 has there problems.. while you may be over wight.. the prettiest girl in school could have aner problems with her parents.. or maybe the most popular guy in school has a small winkie.. LoL don't stress over this! if your over weight make the most out of life, my mom is over weight and she is the happiest woman I have ever seen. She always makes and effort to make people happy, and she doesn't let her phisical problems hold her down..
in other words if your personality is spectacular, the outside won't matter anymore.

hi, i'm a 19/f and i'm in a little bit of a predicament. i've been with my boyfriend for a couple of years now which is great, but i think that as time passes us by, we're slowly getting into a rut.
