Hey, my dad past away May 2004. This past year has been the hardest year of my life. I'm worried about myself because i was a hard core christian before my dad died and now i feel like im loosing faith because im mad at God for taking my dad from me! In youth last wednesday, our minister said that god is there through all your problems, im just really confused because he is the reason i have this problem! I know God does everything for a reason but i still cant seem to forgive and i feel like im going far away from him when i need him the most! What can i do to get back my awesome relationship with God?

ive decided that i want to lose weight buy running up and down the stairs because i cant go outside cause it has snow and i cant go to the gym because my parents wont drive me their. well anyways i planned on running up and down the stiars so how long should i run for and when should i do them for best results! thanks

2 and a half weeks ago, my boyfriend broke up with me. I'm finding it really hard to get over him and today I found out that he has a new girlfriend. She's a girl who went to his primary school and he hasn't seen her for over two years. He says he likes her and all but I don't know if he's telling the truth or not. I spoke to her on MSN (I've never met her) and she seems nice, she said that if it was really bothering me then she would break up with my ex. I told her not to ruin things with him just because of me but I can't help feeling jealous. I love my ex and if his new girlfriend makes him happy then I hope they're happy together but it's still tearing me up inside. How do I deal with this?

I'm finding myself totally depleted of energy more and more of the time at the moment. All my school work is mounting up and I've got exams coming up that I've had no time to study for since I've been too busy doing all the coursework etc. Also I have a job which is fair demandin at times. there's just too much to do all at once and i don't know how I can cope!

Also it's now gotten to the point where i can't sleep at all. I'm constantly worrying as I'm also trying to find time for a social life and the band I'm in because we've got quite a few gigs coming up. please help, I'm too tired and stressed and I just need some general advice on how to try and sort things out into some sort of order.

i heard that when you drink up water it makes yur metabolisn faster because yur body thinks its cold and needs to warm up so it works extra hard. an i also heard it yur always really cold then you have a fast metabolisn..well i was wondering if any of those are true? if you aren't totally sure please dont answer. thank you:)

I usually do cardio workouts (bike, eliptical or treadmill type cardio) 3, 4, or 5 days a week, depending on how much time I have. Weights (I go to Gold's Gym---so by weights I mean those machines they have that you can do arm press type things and things for your legs and butt) I do about twice a week. And then everyday I try to do situps, lunges, squats, stuff like that. I'm wondering...do I really need to do the weights twice a week? Is doing cardio 3 or more times a week with the situps, lunges, etc 7 days a week good enough? Feedback please! I mean...what really IS a good workout plan?
