im 14/f. my best friend lives next door and we've known each other since we were 2. both of our families are pretty strict, but her parents are super conservative. like, shes not allowed to date until she's 17, she can't wear 2-piece bathing suits, and she can only wear plain white underwear, nothing "pretty" and definitely no bikinis. well, lately she's started nagging at me for everything i do and its really getting annoying. like i have these sweat pants from victorias secret... theyre just plain grey with a dog on them, it doesnt even say victorias secret, but my friend is like "omg i cant believe youre wearing something from that store!!" and i cant go to the pool when shes there because she'll give me looks and say "you shouldnt be wearing a 2-piece!" and if i have a problem with my boyfriend, i cant talk to her about it cuz she'll just say "you shouldnt even HAVE a boyfriend!" im so tired of her judging me. im definitely NOT a slut AT ALL... i dont dress like one or act like one... but when im around her she makes me feel like one. i havent told her how i feel cuz i doubt it would change anything... she thinks shes right and she also thinks shes trying to "help" me. so would it even do any good to say anything, or should i just ignore it and try not to let it bug me? (i could try, but it really gets on my nerves!!!)

most likely she is jealous of you becuase you can do all that stuff that she cant. even though you dont want to tell her you should. it really isnt to healthy to keep all that bottled up inside. just tell her nicely say something like "sorry that you arent allowed to wear but dont judge me becuase i can. i think its cute" but say it in the nicest way =] hope this helped.

OK, so this is gonna be long but i`m so sorry but bare with me PLEASE i need help...


so there is this girl, "g" and we became best friends ever since the begining of the year. we were both new and she was still attatched to her other two BESTBEST friends, "E" and "A", so we hung out allll the time! and we went to the mall, EVERYTHING together. however, toawrds the end of the school year, she began ditching US, me and my other best friend "M" for her OTHER friends. we fought and then made up and THEN, yesterday, there was this banquet thing and she went to her friend "A"'s house and didn`t come to the banquet. But that day, when we were like, so youre ditching us for HER and she was like yeah. and i was like ok then youre saying we shuldn`t be friends AT ALL anymore? and she was like yeah.
and we were all WTF.
but today was the last day of school, and we were ok-ish, not bffs.

in two days, i`m having this little get together and i invited her.

but yeah, i still want to be friends with her but shes not coming back to my school next year and shes going to surf camp with two of her friends this year E & A.

i have a friend just like that. she has basically began to ditch me to, so i know the feeling. if you want to hang out with her just invite her places but if she begins to be rude and ditch you then you shouldnt want a friend like that.

ok i moved the last 2 month of school and at my old school i was popular and could have any guy i wanted i play sports and was the president of the student counicl but at my new school i have no friends and no boyfriend and the other girls said i couldent play sports and her dad is the head of that stuff how do i get friends PLEAZE help

normally with girls, they are jealous if you are prettier than they are. but they cant disclude you from the sports no matter if her dad is the head of it. what i would do is just be as friendly as possible and join the sports that you used to do at your old school. they'll come around eventually.

my best friend and i have been doing gymnastics together for a long time. the gym we've gone to is really good (the best in the state), but its really far away and really expensive.

well, this year i decided to try out for cheerleading at my school, and i made it. i thought i'd be able to stay on my gymnastics team, but it just wouldnt work out with the cheer schedule. so i changed to another gym thats a lot closer to my house. its a lot smaller than my old gym and the team is not as good. and it was really hard to leave my old teammates! but at least i can still do gymnastics, which i love, and also cheerleading.

well, now my best friend keeps making remarks about my new gym... like how small it is, how bad the coaches are, how ugly the leotards are, and how she'd never go there. and she keeps bragging about how good she's getting, and how great things are going at our old gym. and then she has these parties and sleepovers with all our teammates from the old gym (who i know as well as she does), and she doesnt invite me. but she makes sure i hear about it. it really makes me feel bad.

i dont want to get in a big fight with her becuz i still have to see her at school and stuff, and we do some other activities together. but it really hurts when she does this stuff. why is she being so mean??

she may be doing this becuase she is jealous that you are on another sport without her so she is trying to make you feel bad. its like the bully everyone had in 2nd grade. or she is doing this bc you left her to go to a different gym. just try talking things out with her and tell her how you feel if she is a true and good friend she will ease up on it. also mention to her that she could try out for cheerleading to the next year. hope this helped =]

soo this just happened to my bestfriend. she liked this guy and she told her friend and wahbam the next day guess who that friend was flirting with. but what you should do is talk to your friend. tell her what is bothering you. or just joke around with her to get answers out. say something like wow you change the guys you like almost like changing your underwear. its so often. see what she says to that. and be bold and request to be that kids friend on myspace and just send him a comment saying hey whats up. just saying that can start a conversation so quickly =] hope this helped.

soo i am in basically the same exact situation as you are. just start out the conversation on myspace with something like heyy havent talked to you in a while what have you been up to. (i know it sounds reallly corny but it can break the ice) then after or if you have a pretty good conversation just say something like heyy we should chill sometime call me. heres my number and just give him your number. you can hang out in a big group or just the two, i would say if you want to become friends hang out with a big group and go to the movies or even mini golfing =]

Okay, this is kind of long, but I really need answers.

Ok. So I have a crush on one of my coworkers. We work at a movie theatre together, and we always have a blast when we have the same shifts. I'm 17/f, and he's 22/m. So yes, there is an age difference. We've hung out with mutual friends a few times, and I've known him for almost a year.

He and I always did that sort of cutsey flirty thing, but even though I liked him, I always just figured he was only goofing around, not to be hurtful, but he just didn't think of me as more than a friend. Then monday night rolled around.

We were both working until close together and of course we were being very flirty, kinda joking around and hugging a lot. Then, when we were closed, he took me onto the roof of the building where we just talked and goofed around. Then we started hugging and kind of swaying. He kept joking about making out in the closet, asking me what I was thinking, all that kind of stuff.

So now I think he may in fact like me. After the evening ended, I sent him a text message saying "heh. next time just kiss me." and he responded with "yeah that was some pretty hard flirting, wasn't it?"

I dunno whether or not to make a move, though! We haven't really hung out one-on-one yet, and I have, in the past, ruined a friendship by thinking it was more than that. Should I wait for him to do something more? Or should I do something?

i would say just give him a little more time. it would almost be like playing hard to get. try asking him to stuff one on one and see how that goes, if it happens it happens. fate knows whats meant to be. just go with it =]

well. from what some of my guy friends have told me is when guys are around some of their friends they act different. like they treat you meaner...i guess you could say. its just the guys way. their silly =] but try just keep talking to me and casually talk to him about who he likes. just say something like "soo who are you liken these days" and normally if its you they say ohh idk. but if its not they will say either no one or the girl. hope this helped.

I was double dating at the movies me my bestfriend my boyfriend and his bestfriend who happens to be my ex boyfriend and my friends boyfriend(confusing i know but stay with me).when i leaned on my boyfriend he moved (i was so pissed)and switched seats with his friend A.K.A my ex (which at the time my boyfriend new was my ex)Then he leaned over and ask me out (now I was really pissed)all that went through my head was what does my boyfriend take me for his ho now my boyfriend clearly notices I'm mad and switches back then he says are you happy now I just rolled my eyes and sat back (still to this day I don't know what the movie was about)I called all my friends and I told my friend who's boyfriend just asked me out (i just need to remind to you who these people are in reference to each other).I thought my boyfriend new about it (why else would he have voluntarily moved),but the next day he asked me about it and I told him he said he moved cause he thought his friend wanted advice about my friend .lucky for his friend we didn't see him in school for the rest of the year(this was the weekend before the last week of school).Then about a week later we call him on three way and he said that he loved me since the day he laid eyes on me . okay. I think i got this. Basically you want to know if you should go back with your old boyfriend or stay with your current. Well depending on your age. Since it sounds like your either in highschool or grammer. You still have ALOT of time. You should continue to date your current boyfriend. See how things go. If you two ever do break up. Okay. Well it doesn't sound like you are starting the flirting with him. So thats good. But what you should probably do is instead of going along with the flirting say "Hey, you have a girlfriend. I don't want to be the one who she thinks your cheating on" YOu can also add in that you like to flirt with him but you just can't. Yeah i know that will be hard to say. you could reword it to. hope this helped
