hey im 13 and lately ive been feeling left out. i have a whole group of friends who iused to hang out with but i cant hang out on the weekends anymore because i need to study for school and i also have something going on. even though i cant hang out really ive been feeling left out, my friends wont talk to me, and the only chance i can hang out with them they always have plans. ive been also trying to hook up with my friends ex so do you think its that they dont wanna be friends with me or what

well all the other things you said are simply because of your scheduel thats alright. everyone is busy sometimes. you just need to find time to hang out with your friends. but it is a REALLY bad idea to hook up with your friends ex. especially if she still talks to him and has feelings for him.

well ipods are really hard to fill with songs. you may not think so but. it took me a week just to think of 100 songs. just go for the cheaper one. 500 more songs isnt worth it.

ok well my b/f was sapose to come over to my house on fridy and he seemed like he really wanted to come like when i was on the phone with him he was looking up my house on map quest and he was telling my friends that he couldn't wait to come to my house but he also told my best friends thta he was scared..in the hallway i was like when r u comeing over and he go well my parents are goign to my grandpas birthday soo their gonna drop me off then and i was like u can't miss your grandpas party b/c of me and hes like yeah i can its the same thing every year and ive been waiting all week to come to your house then later he called me and told me that his grandpa was going to flip if he didn't go to his party so i was like ok and hes liek i really wanted to hang out with you though and was like i promise well do it over break so i was like ok well its his grandpas party...later that night i even drove by his house and there was no lights on but today someone told me that they saw him at a laxcrosse game on the same night..this really doesn't sound like something he would like im soo surprised that he did it b/c we have been going out for a whille and he acts liek he really likes me i dont know what to do please help me!!!1

I've been friends with the same group of people since I moved here(8th grade). I'm not a junior in highschool and just about fed up with the way they all act. I mean, don't get me wrong, they're great friends but well...act pretty slutty at times. Actually, they don't act like sluts...they are sluts. They are they typical "popular slutty cheerleaders" and I don't want that to reclect back on me becasue I'm not like that. just gradually start hanging out with different people. you should still talk to them and stuff but just dont rely on them as much as you used to.

dont lick your lips! no matter how dry they are. your gonna look really weird if your always licking your lips. just wear lip gloss...that usually makes your lips moist...or you could get like a moisturizing chap stick...

what in the world are we going to use point slope, slope intercet, x and y intercepts, and ANYTHING else along those lines for in real life? That's what we are doing in math and it seems so pointless. Ill rate 5's for ANY decent answer.

well not everything in math has to do with real life. sometimes you are going to have to graph things in your job like income and stuff. and sometime you are going to have to read graphs. Its just something you have to learn. it does seem pretty pointless but if it gets me a good grade in math im on board.

I have this problem you could say, but whenever I find a neat, original band and I put their song in my info or something, somebody always steals it. Not only that, they think they know all about the band because they know part of one song. I know this is very selfish of me to think one band is labeled "mine", but I can't help it. One of my friends stole 10 bands that I once liked. Every song that I listened to, she went off and downloaded. I know most of you are going to say "well take it as a compliment, she likes your music", but the thing is I don't take it as a compliment at all, it's quiet annoying. Does anyone have any advice on this? Do you think that what I'm doing is as stupid as I think it is?

well it isnt stupid but i think your over obsessing. if you love the band that kind of thing shouldn't matter. she didnt "steal" it from you. maybe she just discovered the band and really likes it. now you can go to their concerts and stuff together so if anything its a good thing. it isnt a compliment to you its a compliment to the band. obviously she likes their music or she wouldnt take the time to go off and download it. i guess there isnt really anything you can do. just try and get over it. shes probably going to keep picking up on your bands. just stop putting them in your profile.

okay im 14/f.

i started babysitting at the beginning of the school year. the lady who hired me said that she needed someone she would be able to rely on. she pays really good money but recently her hours got changed and i'm working 3:30 to 6:00 when usually i only did 3:30 to 5:00. i don't even get to eat with my family. and when i get home all i wanna do is just go to bed.

the kids are fucked up. they get disciplined but their mother just laughs when she yells at them. they're really spoiled and get their way all the time.

the other day i was watching them and i was swinging on this swing. well their dog attacked me for no reason. when i told the mother she said "oh sometimes you just need to hit him" he even ripped my pants! there's a small hole in the pants and there's a HUGE bruise on my leg from where he bit me.

when i got my paycheck their was no money for the pants that the dog ripped. i'm really sick of them and i wanna quit but i don't know how to say it. if the dog bites me again i'll have no problem but what should i do in the mean time? i was thinking of giving her my two weeks notice but chickened out. what do i say?

tell them you dont think it is right that they didnt do anything after their dog attacked you. they might get offended and fire you but who really cares!? you want to quit the job anyways so i guess thats the perfect way out. tell her how you feel about it and she can either accept it and try to make some changes or get rid of you. either way you will win. if she doesnt fire you and you still want out and you cant get the guts to say anything, just come up with excuses every time so u dont have to babysit and eventually she wont call you anymore.

*most teens smoke so they seem tougher and so they will fit in with the people who seem to rule the school
*dress to impress...they feel like they always have to look good or people will make fun of them.
*do sexual activity...to impress a date...
