I made some muffins the other day, and sprayed some Pam on the muffin trays before putting the batter in. Whatever butter was not covered by muffin batter burned onto the pan. I've scrubbed it three times in a row, but it will not come off, yet it still feels slightly sticky. Does anyone have a trick to cleaning burned butter off of a pan? (link)

OK... I just wanted to see if anyone else has heard of this or knows what it is...
On my upper inner left thigh ther are these really strange marks. They look liek branches and kind of like scars. they are indented into my leg and pruple-ish. I never scarped my leg there or cut it but they look a lot like scars. By indented I mean if you run your finger along it it's like carved into my skin. Does anyone knows what they are, or how they might have got there? They just came up this past 3 months. thanks for ANY comments (link)

Dear Advicenators,
One and a half years ago my brother *Henry* was diagnosed with hemophilia, which means that his blood does not clot normally. If he gets a cut, it's really hard to stop the bleeding. If he loses too much blood, he could die if the blood is not replenished.
Henry and I always liked to spend time together (he's two years older than me). We'd ride bikes to the park and shoot basketball hoops. He couldn't be too active, but he was my best friend and I felt safe around him.
Anyway, he lost a lot of blood one day, and was taken to the doctor for another blood injection. The horrible part was, that the person who had donated that blood was carrying the AIDS virus. The doctor proclaimed that Henry now had AIDS.
Henry is 15 years old, is in diapers, and must be fed through an IV or a tube. He has about 4 months left to live. My entire family is sad, and angry about it. My parents must monitor him all the time, so I always have to get a ride to my volleyball games. All three of us never have extra time, because we are always there for Henry and when he must be hospitalized. I had to drop out of volleyball for him.
Henry has been the butt of the jokes from the kids at school lately. They make fun of the fact that he has been in diapers. They are unaware of the fact that his brain is slowly being devoured, and he can't feed himself. The AIDS is tearing the whole family apart. But luckily, my friends are there to console me, but I always feel resentment towards the cruel kids at school. Can I please have some suggestions on what to do about that?
Anyway, as I am spending my last Christmas with my brother, I have no idea what present to give to him. Could I please have some ideas? I want it to be special and something he'll remember when he goes to Heaven.
Also, how can I comfort / cheer up my parents? They have been having lots of mood swings lately and have been very stressed.

hi, next month i have my first appointment for the gnyo, becuase im 15 and have had my period irregular since i starting getting it 4 years ago,so my mom made me an appt...so anyway my concern is that, a couple months ago my boyfirend and I of 9 months decided to take are relationship a little farther and he fingered me, quite intensly and has done it a couple times..(but I have never had sex, and dont plan on it anytime soon)I am worried that the gyno will tell my mom,(becuase i know the gyno will be able to tell,becuase i am quite stretched out from it) and i really dont think that my mom wants to hear "oh by the way your daughter has been fingered" and she will be quite dissapointed in me. If i ask should the gyno keep my information confidential?

Ok, in school I'm in the "popular group" and my friends are really nice and everything but sometimes they really annoy me. Here's why. Whenever a guy asks them out they'll like automaticlly say yes (even if they don't like them), and when a guy dumps them or they dump a guy they'll be going out with someone else within an hour. Anyway, for some reason this really bugs me. I don't really no why either. Now a guy asked me out and I said no because I don't like him and now they keep calling me too picky. What do I do? (link)

Ok..this may be long..I go to school (I'm in 8th grade) like everyone else and I hang out w/ my little group consisting of 6 people including myself. Well, one of the girls is completley attatched to me even though she is annoying and I don't want to be her friend. Well she invites herself over and does w/e she pleases and my mom does not like her or her family at all! Well how do I turn her down in a nice way and move away slowly? (that's just my first problem) Then there is another girl that I absolutley adore! We are just getting close b/c my first friend talks bad about her constanly I never wanted to be friends with her...well anyway I want to be her friend and be close with her but not the immature childish one...any suggestions on how to solve this? I have been working so hard in school. and my mom wont let me do anything! i have worked my butt off, and all she will let me do is work more! She expects me to read books in one day, yet she doesnt believe i can write an essay in one hour when i am determined to go to a play with my friends! I am getting so tired, i have had so much pressure on myself i feel like i am going to crack under it! PLEASE help me! what do i do!? I am pratically being grounded from a life! This kid in my school, Danny, he knows I had an eating disorder problem, so I lost a really lot of weight; but everytime he sees me he makes some sort of rude comment. They all tend to be toward my weight. For instance at lunch I asked my friend if they had any money I could borrow because I left mine at home, and he said something rude like "What for lunch? Looks like you've eaten enough". Which totaly goes over my head because I've lost about 60lbs since the begining of last summer. So, how should I confront him, or should I not even bother I know theres got to be a way to shut him up without having to bring the principal into it or anything like that. Ok so I have this bf. Here's a sophomore and I'm a freshman. Some days he treats me good by talkin to me, holding my hand, walking me to class, and all that cute stuff that gurls like guyz to do. Then other days hes a total dick. Sometimes he wont even say hi to me and if i do get the chance to talk to him he juss walks away cuz he doesnt like to hang out with my freshman friends. I've learned how to blow it off but it still pisses me off. A couple weeks ago one of my closest friends said she saw him totally flirting with my worst enemy. I confronted him bout it and he totally denied it. I really want to beleive that hes telling me the truth but alot of people have told me that hes always all over other gurls. The people that tell me this are some of my closest friends and I know that they wuld never lie to me. Okay here's the deal I'm a freshman in high school. I know, I know ugh freshman. Anyway this's the deal I like a guy, and he's kind of a senior. He's taller than me and we... sort of get along. We argue about almost everything, I love it. Only thing, he has a girlfriend and there's a three year age difference. Now I know some of you are going to tell me to move on and try to find someone my age, but I really like him. =(
