Well if he just wants to drop it because he loves you and wants to be with you i would just forget that anything happened. Just dont make any contact with your ex unless you absolutly have to and dont do anything that would make him think other wise..try to be with him and make him feel like he is the only one for you by reminding him of how much you love him and dont want things to end and how happy he makes you.

Ok the best thing to do is to hangout with her as just friends first and let her parents get to know you a little first. Then ask her parents in person(when she isn't around), if it would be ok to date their daughter....
explain to them that you really like her and you don't want to have sex..that it doesn't even matter because their daughter has alot to offer in a relationship other than sex

Well it seems like he likes you but he isn't sure how you will react because he dated your sister so there will always be that tention there. And that makes things difficult because not only does his friend like you but there is going to be issues at home too. As for the friend just tell him how you feel about him....tell him you are not interested and he may be mad at first but he will get over it an relize it was for the better because if there are no feelings there on one part then it will fail...you have to have the same feelings on both sides to make it work and to also be happy.
You should go to the game and make him go wow.Then tell him how you feel and lay it flat out that you really like him.

I think it means that he has feelings there for you but he doesn't yet know you well enough to really get into a relationship. So don't press the subject and just give him sometime......hang out more as just friends and if there are really feelings there then it will happen.
