Thief answered Saturday October 13 2007, 4:50 am: for the most part it's stress, if your skin's oily and you spazz out oever something really bad, yuou'll end up having abloackhead on your butt. Seriously that happened to me and that shit hurt. but luckly i got it out ^^ anywho yes, if you eat too much of the sweets you'll get all that suger and your skin pays for it, plus pimples thrive on dirt and oil so be sure to ocasionaly wash your face, doesn;t have to be with soap either if it's not there but wash yourface once a while. Also drining water helps out alot, people think i belong in high school when i go to a community college. Funny huh? anyway i hope i helped out, take care now [ Thief's advice column | Ask Thief A Question ]
xLiisten2urheart answered Friday October 12 2007, 7:35 pm: actually its just stress that causes the break outs but honestly i think food has something to do with it. if you eat a lot of sugary stuff that JUNK gets thru your blood and it can make your skin more oily.
but mostly zits are just caused by stresss! [ xLiisten2urheart's advice column | Ask xLiisten2urheart A Question ]
wisewoman98 answered Friday October 12 2007, 1:03 pm: contrary to poplular belief, acne is not caused by the amount of sugar or junk food you eat. zits and pimples are caused only by the bacteria on your face which comes from sweat and oils that are naturaly in your skin.
