Does diet affect the amount of zits you have? Because it seems whenever I eat a lot of junk food I break out...=[

Yes,diet is the number one thing that effects your break outs. You should try eating very healthy foods.Think of the junk food as a treat.Like after dinner, instead of it being an after school snack,ya know? After washing your face, try not to touch it so much.Oils from your hands, get on your face and cause major break outs. Also, washing your pillow cases once every one or two weeks REALLY helps. If you don't,you're pretty much resting your face on oil every night.

for the most part it's stress, if your skin's oily and you spazz out oever something really bad, yuou'll end up having abloackhead on your butt. Seriously that happened to me and that shit hurt. but luckly i got it out ^^ anywho yes, if you eat too much of the sweets you'll get all that suger and your skin pays for it, plus pimples thrive on dirt and oil so be sure to ocasionaly wash your face, doesn;t have to be with soap either if it's not there but wash yourface once a while. Also drining water helps out alot, people think i belong in high school when i go to a community college. Funny huh? anyway i hope i helped out, take care now

actually its just stress that causes the break outs but honestly i think food has something to do with it. if you eat a lot of sugary stuff that JUNK gets thru your blood and it can make your skin more oily.
but mostly zits are just caused by stresss!

contrary to poplular belief, acne is not caused by the amount of sugar or junk food you eat. zits and pimples are caused only by the bacteria on your face which comes from sweat and oils that are naturaly in your skin.

Well no it's the sugar that you gain from it that causes the brake outs and if you are brakeing out stay away from junk food.
