I've had my iPod mini for about eleven months and it's always worked fine. However, recently I've noticed a problem with playing music on it. There are certain songs that just won't play. If the iPod randomly selects one of these songs then it will just skip past it until it finds a song that will play. I've tried going to the albums that the songs are on and selecting them and trying to play them that way, but that doesn't work either.

Has anyone had this problem with their iPod mini or know how to solve it?

Okay. I've had my ipod mini since March, && I've had that problem, but all my friends who got ipod nano's for Christmas, had the simalar problem.

Try updating your software && looking thur your songs to see if they aren't infected by something. If that doesnt work you should look into sending it to Apple to if they can refurbish or whatever. If you havent had it for a year, it'll be free because of the one year warrenty.

I dye my hair champagne/platinum blonde quite frequently and it looks great the first week or two. But after that, it slowly fades into a really dull color. I use John Frieda Sheer Blonde (for champagne and plantinum highlighted hair), but that doesn't hold the color too well. Has anyone personally used a specific brand of shampoo and conditioner that they could suggest for my shade? Thanks.

I've always had good luck w/the Pantine color shampoo. I forget what it's called but it's at WalMart, Target ect. Just get the kind for blondes.

Also you could try the Clariol Nice n' Easy Color Boosting Glaze. That stuff totally rocks && it makes your hair all shiney. It's awesome.

Oh, do you swim or spend alot of time in the sun? Because if you did, it kills your hair color. Okay it doesnt KILL it, but it lightens it.

uhmm, what the heck? okay so my crush recently asked me if i liked carrotcake or not, and i was like "uhh, what kinda question is that, you're so random!" and he was like "no i think you can really learn alot about a person by asking that question!" SO WHAT THE HECK? is it like a trick question? is there a special answer guys expect when they ask this to a girl? or is my guy just a weirdo? (haha) so im just thinking.. instead of answering the question, i'd like to make a joke out of it, or just randomly move away from the subject instead of having to answer that question were i might get the "wrong" answer.. you know? maybe its something he's made up in his mind, like "if the girl says YES, she's the one for me, if no.,. shes not" or vice versa..
so i dont wanna ruin mu chances here (haha i know its dorky) but seriously.. can you make a joke out of this? or should i just be like "hahha, you're so random!" and not even answer.. or can i make a joke of something else he wrote in that email and not bother replying to that part at all? maybe i can comment on the fact that he's trying to get to know me.. through carrotcake. haha, he's so weird!! but seriously, what do you guys think??

haha, its probably something dirty. i've never heard of that line before. how old is he? it could be just random, like you said && he just needs to know if you carrot cake or not because he loves it with a passion.

how can you get your photos to the right size (15k) to put on your advice column?

upload it to photobucket and copy the url and past in the url picture spot of your settings.

Only if you save it ahead of time.

But if you use msn messaging, you can mark it so it atiamaticly (sp?) saves it you tell it to.

I'm sorry, I don't want to offend you but no one can tell you how long you will be friends with your friends. Thats between you and her. Maybe it freaks you out alittle that your so alike, but sometimes that what makes friendship so great. Being so alike. But also, oppisites do atract, and being different also makes a friendship great. It all depends on the person.

how much does it cost to get your hair back to its natural color..i don't know how to spell the word...someone please help

I have read somewhere that lemon juice takes out dye because it lightens your hair. I would NOT use dye remmover that you use yourself, you might messup. At least if you go to a salon, although expensive, if they mess up you can refuse to pay or pay extra to make it look really great. good luck

I have a MySpace acount and I always knew there was an option to make my profile private, so that only people who are already my friends can view it. I recently wanted to apply this option, however when I went to "Account Settings" there was no option to make my profile private. Can someone please help me by tellign me how I can make my account private?

Once you sign in and your on your home page click on account settings. Then click on privcy settings and scoll down. Near the bottom of the option box it should say who can view your profile, change it to friends or anyone under eighteen, whatever you want and press submit.

I saw someone do that somewhere and I curios about it myself. One of the girls I saw do it I emailed her and she said when she gets a chance she'll tell me how.As of know I don't know how, I'll tell you when I know.

You guys are probably annoyed with the questions about Christmas presents, but I really need help. I have presents for everyone except my dad and I need some ideas! I can spend up to $30 and gosh, he's so hard to shop for. But I was wondering, what are you guys getting for your dad?

i have just downloaded limewire 4.9 to get music for my ipod would someone please help me figure out how to use it? thank you

You go into the search bar and click on audio, and put in the name, artist, and ablum. Then you tell it to search, when you see what you want to download you double click on it and you will see the name of the song and it's progress on the bottom. When it says its complete, you can go into windows media player, and search for it on the search bar under library. Once you find it, you can play through media player or put into a playlist and save it. I'm not exactly sure how to get on your ipod but if you know how to use windows media player you can just go from there. {Maybe burn it onto a cd?}

okay i went to Goody's tonight and they are slipping up on their plus size clothes...I'm 15 years old and I am looking for some new clothes...sad thing is...i wear plus sizes and i am into fashion...like the ripped jeans and such...but lately no one is carrying anything that makes me happy...does anyone know of any stores besides Goody's that carry fashionable teen plus sized clothes that are also on the cheap side? Thanks a mil!

Try Torrid, it is a plus size store so everything should fit and it should be easy to find your size, also check online stores like Hot Topic, Alloy, and Pacsun for good plus size selections.

There this guy in my gym class and he's a senior and I'm a freshman. Well I kinda like him and when I would see him in the halls I would tell my friends "oh that's the guy I like", but what I also meant was that I want to get to know him. If going to talk to him, make sure hes alone, it'll be easier for both of you, also try not to be so nervous, maybe he was flattered that you liked him but didnt tell anyone. I mean you never know.

If you want to get to know him the best way is to TALK to him. You'll get the best information, trust me. When you talk him try not to focus on the fact he knows you like him. If you worried he might make fun of you or tease you because you like him, ditch him and move on, hes not worth it.

And make sure he's single, thats a good place to start. You don't want angrey senior girlfriends tracking you down, that's not good.

How about what he did when he got home from school, ask him questions him himself, like his favorite colors, food ect., if he's wearing shoes or not. {random, i'm sorry} Just act like hes right in front of you.

Do you think you cant think you can't think of anything to say because you like him? Just focus on what you know about him and go from there. {If he likes you he probly wont care what you talk about as long as you talk to him}.

You have to be 16. I think if your 14, you can volunter , at like local places {not retail}. Like at musuems and historical landmarks, but I think thats it. My sister got a job at a Spirit store this year and her and her friends lied and said I was 16 and I got a job there. {I'll be 16 in 4 months} I know its kind of a bad idea but connections really help.

Ok well I'm just learning to skateboard, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any cheap but GOOD skateboards I could get. I mean inexpencive but really good boards. Thanks.

I'm sure what your price range is, but I have an old roxy board my sister got me and I've had it for at least 2 years. But I know they are really expensive. {maybe ask for one for Christmas?} If your just learning you might not want to get an expensive one, I think Wal Mart has some practice boards for like $14.
