Ok I'm addicted to rice!! All I eat is rice, I don't know how to get out of this rut! I won't eat all day long and then come home from school and pig out of a huge bowl of rice! It's to the point where I just eat it all and barely taste it, I want to get out of this habit! Any tips?? I have tried to cut it out cold turkey I will last about a week and then cave and pig out.
Put your rice in something that tastes terrible. That way you won't want to eat it.

Hey Im getting braces in a week.. i was wondering if there was anything i should do to prevent the pain.. or to get rid of the pain.. or could somebody jsut tell me how much pain there even really is? cuz i get different answers from like everyone i ask.. i just wanna be prepared. I know i should take advil before getting them put on, and i should bring chapstick with me.. any more advice? get really big braces and make the color white. the big ones will hurt more but the white will help your dentist locate the plack.
