Just go up to him and say something like maybe we could go to the movies sometime or hang out. If he asks why say you really like him. Or you could just go right up to him and say "Will you go out with me?" I'm telling you it works ;c)

Yea, totally ask him out!!! Just go up to him and say "Hey, do you wanna hang out or go to the movies sometime with me? I like you and I'd really like to get to know you better and spend more time with you." Something along those lines. And if you don't want to say some of that stuff then take it out. Just make sure you get across the fact that you like him and want to be more than friends. Hope i helped :)
