lol, just bc you've never liked someone before doesn't mean she's the one. it means you finally like someone enough to want to act.
if she's dating your friend, you can't break that up, they may both end up disliking you. i'd wait it out, get to know her better, and once you're sure on her status: single or taken, then you can act on it.

Wait, what do you mean that she MIGHT be dating one of your friends?! Find out first if she is, and if she is dating your friend then don't be with her a lot and if she isn't, just flirt with her and eventually ask her out... I hoped i helped!! :)
