So i've liked a guy for about a year now and we've hung out a few times and stuff. well, my friends went to semi and i didn't (prior engagements) and one of my friends danced with him (she knows i like him). Then they started texting all the time and he asked her to prom and she's going!

Hi, fifteen, female. There's a boy in my English class who is quite cute and I think he's been flirting with me but I thought he had a girlfriend, but turns out he broke up with her. They were going out for a year and a half, we started the second semester of English and he's been talking to me a lot and then all of a sudden, he broke up with her, I don't know if it was because of me but I just know he's single now. i understabd you are the mom in this situation and you want to do what is best for your daughter, if you want to controlled go, but dont forget to trust her at the same time. because they could break her heart and run away , sit down with her and make her understand. try to meet the guy too if you think that is goood for your girl, try to give him too a chance and see how it goes, but tell your daughter to not get pregnant unless she is very sure about herself or knows that its the right guy fopr her.
