I would like to know what the difference is between using a tampon and using a pad for girls when they have their periods.
Pads i would recommend if you feel uncomfortable putting things inside of you. Although pads are rather annoying and you always feel wet down there, they are better to wear at night and just lay a towel under you so you wont have to worry about ruining your sheets. Tampons are inserted into your vaginia and you dont have to worry about the blood,but you really should not wear tampons at night to prevent infection.Tampons should be changed about every 4 hours depending on your monthly flow. If your sleeping, you can not change your tampon.
