Ok so a lot of people tell me i am too thin. I've done those online calculators and they say i am, but you can't really trust those things because they don't take in to consideration a lot of important factors, you know. You are very thin, and it appears to be dangerously thin. You need to safely put on weight, small bits at a time, small steps. You need body fat. When you dont have enough body fat you can have poor circulation, trouble conceiving, and a lot more. It might be helpful to see a nutritionist about healthy eating habits to gain some fat and muscle.

Sounds cute but just be careful that the istting at the front step thing doesn't turn creepy or stalkery haha and go for the necklace because rings are more for like engagement, marriage, and a promise ring and stuff. THe roses sound gorgeous.

Well weght gain is a side effect but that doesn't mean that i twill effect everybody. Everybody has diffrent body chemistry and it might not make you gain any weight. If you are concernced about it you can talk to your doctor about the best brand and best dosage for you and you hould tell your doctor that you are concerned about weight gain. Good luck! :)

Well you can talk to him which is rather blunt and possiblly quite awkward so you could also jsut start to go for it and if he reects then it is just moving a little fast for him. If he wants to wait to do more then you should repsect that if you want to be with im.

A close friend of mine suffers from Bipolar Disorder, and he refuses to see a psychologist. He is in extremely depressive mood all the time and frequently talks about suicide. This really frightens me because I don't want to lose him. On the other hand, I'm not sure whether his suicidal intention is serious. When a manic-depressive talks about suicide, does he MEAN it? I desperately want to help my friend. I can't see him suffering. I wish I could make him happy but I don't know how. No matter how well his life goes, he is forever buried in his formidable despair. I feel helpless and inadequate every time upon listening his depressive thoughts. I hate myself for not being able to change my friend's condition. So here I am seeking advice from you guys. My friend just told me that he thinks about suicide every waking second and that I "shouldn't have any hope in him because he won't be around much longer". My god, I am so terribly worried about him. My grnadfather had BiPolar Disorder and it is a very serious disease. Your friend can suffer from intense mood swings and things of that nature and if he says that he is thinking about killing himself, he could very well mean it, It is not one of thoese things that should be taken as a joke. Encourage him to see a physoologist but if he wont you should tell somebody because he is endangering his life and you should help him in whatever way you can. Even if that means talking to somebody about it.
I had a serious anxiety disorder that was diagnosed about three to four years ago. I dont know where I would be if my friends hadn't noticed it and gotten my parents to notice it an dsee a physcologist about it, I am on medication onw which is a huge part in controlling my anxiety. It is very important.

My girlfriend and I have been dating for just over a month now. She had been a very touchy feely person, not in any sort of sexual sense, but always holding or playing with hands, or hugging and such.
Up until this week. She has been in an absolutely horrible mood since Sunday, really hasn't talked to me or returned calls or anything, and hasn't been fond of any sort of physical or social contact from anyone. I would chalk it up to PMS (sorry about the stereotype, girls) but it's literally been all day all wee. I had asked her earlier in the week if she was okay, and she said yes, that she was just feeling weird and didn't want to be around people. Today at lunch it was awful. I asked her again, walking to class (just to note, the first time she didn't hold my hand walking to her class) and she said she didn't want to talk about it. She didn't say anything else, and I hugged her an kissed her goodbye, but still.
I've treated her very well, and I've been giving her space. I'm pretty sure it as absolutely nothing to do with me, but nonetheless, what am I supposed to do? (link)

Well to be honest, she might be PMSing but I wouldn't ask her about that.
Maybe there is something going on and she just needs space or time to think about it herself. Wait it out for a little but and just be there for her until she is ready to talk, that is the best you can do but obviosuly if things get terrible then another clear course of action must be taken.

Well it depends how often you smoke it beacuse it depends if your body is used to it or not.
If it is your first time it usually basses out of your blood from four to six weeks. People who smoke a lot more can get it out of their system fast and being active, peeing a lot, and drinking a lot of water will speed up the process. People I know who smoke a lot can get it out of their system in a week. However, it stays in your hair until you get it cut.

At the very end of all my songs on my itunes, it says free space and next to it there is a lock sign. I have tried right clicking it and double clicking it and nothing is happening. How can I get the lock sign to go away?

I'm not sure what you want or what you mean. Maybe it can't be removed. What is it preventing you from accessing or doing? Sometimes the lock key means your ipod is on hold so I cwould check the button at the top but if that isn't what you mean if you give me a few more details, Ill try my best to help again. :)

Haha. It is spelled je ne sais quoi and leterally trnaslated it means " I do not know what"
Je means I
Ne (usually paired with pas after the verb) creates the negative.
Sias means know or to know.
Quoi means what.

hey im 13/f. i recently have wanted to start wearing makeup but im not sure what colors are right for me. i have medium lenght brown hair. i have brown eyes with tints of green in them and dark eyebrows. i am 4'10'' and i want to know how to put it on without making it look over the top and slutty. colors and techniques would be great! thanks! Since your young you should definately keep it likght on the makeup. Convergirl Smoothers makesa nice tinted moisturizer that is oil free, it will make your skin look even while giving some moisture and spf. For a neutral eyeshadow with alittle shimmer you could use Neutrogena Mineral Sheers in any color but with your coloring I think Pebble would look best. THey are very sublt and matural and really highlight your eyes. A clear or light pink lipgloss (Revlon makesa great one) would look nice and then if you wan tot , curled lashes and maybe clear mascara (Again Covergirl Professsinal makes a nice one but be sure to reploace clear mascara when it gets to cloudy to avoid eye infections). If you want a little cream brush or bronzer ight give your face a dewy glow but all of these are opitional and you can pick and choose and stuff. Make sure to gdo makeup in the light and natural light is best so you dont overdo it and you can check it in a lighted magnified mirror to make sure everything is belnded properly but don't do all your makeup in a magnified mirror or you might overdue it. Clean your eyelash curler pads every few days or weeks or when it gets dirty to prevent infection. Good luck!

Oh gosh I am the exact same way. You can learn to tone it down eventually with some guys but then you also have to realize that it is important to be yourself. Some guys will ike that you are loud and outgoing just make sure that nothing turns offensive and just be careful what you say. Remember, if I guy can't appreciate the complete you, then he isn't worth your time. :).

ok, so right now, i only have 1 piercing in each ear. im thinking about getting more, but the thing is i either get a lot, or stay with only a few, because thats the way i like it.
so i was thinking:
3 on each ear -- 1 ear would have 3 in a row, and the other would only have 2 in a row, with a cartilage.

Is EXACTLY what I have been wanting to get!!! My parents are rather hesitant but i really hope they'll come around. RIght now i have two in each ear and I like it but I do want more. I think that it is really cute!!! When Im older I will probably also get my belly button done.

You can use a large shirt or cute coverup to shield some parts of your body from the sun but when you actually go in the water, make sure to wear at least SPF 30, SPF 45 is probably the best, to shield the harmful UVA/UVB rays. Even though some formulas say that they are waterproof, after you get out of the water, re apply the sunscreen. Also, even ifyou don't get in the water, re apply your sunscreen about every 2 hours for maximum protection. Protection from the sun will help the sun's rays temporarily changing your skin tone.

Well if a guy isn't going to ask you out just because you may have a small pot belly (who doesn't?) then you shouldn't be with that type of guy anyways because he would just be shallow and wouldn't treat you right. I'm sure that you deserve a guy who loves everything about you , not matter what your size.

I was browsing people's columns today and looking at the feedback I saw one that was rated a 1 and the person wrote your wrong he aint a pedophile your a bitch or something along those lines. I read what was wrote to her and she answered the question being asked very good. Why do people rate you a 1? I can understand if it is BAD advice, but when you ask for advice and rate a 1 most of the time it's because its something that they just didnt want to hear. 5's and feedback coming your way if you give me your thoughts on this. I agree. Only like really offensive behavior and rude/discrimnatory behavior should be rated with a 1. Every body that ratse should give people a 5 even if it isn't perfect advice or the advice that people wanted to hear. I still thinkt that everybody hsould ge ta five because they took the time to help people they didn't know with problems that weren't their own. Personally i love giving advice so I don't mind if I don't get rated or feedback or anything but its always nice. If your not going to give somebody a reasonable ratnig (which might not ALWAYS be a 5) then don't rate them.

For some phone companies it might depend and the cost would probably be very minimal but if it is for privcacy purposes, I'm sure that if you talk to the phone company they would be glad to change the phone number free of charge :)
