If you want it out of your urinary/blood system, a good 2 weeks of drinking water, cranberry juice, energy drinks, and maybe taking cranberry pills, would do you just fine. If you want it out of your hair follicles, that will take you a good six months. The most it takes to get marijuana out of your system without cranberry juice or niacin is about 4-6 weeks. -Angel [ Anq3L_xO's advice column | Ask Anq3L_xO A Question ]

If it is your first time it usually basses out of your blood from four to six weeks. People who smoke a lot more can get it out of their system fast and being active, peeing a lot, and drinking a lot of water will speed up the process. People I know who smoke a lot can get it out of their system in a week. However, it stays in your hair until you get it cut. [ beachpeach's advice column | Ask beachpeach A Question ]
LoveNJstyle answered Saturday October 21 2006, 12:15 am: it depends... i know someone that smoked and passed a drug test 2 weeks later. she drank tons of water and she was pretty active anyway. she only did like a little once so not like a regular so... i think its different for people that do it all the time.
i think it stays longer in your blood.. and hair definatly a lot longer unless you cut it all... all the time. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]

This means that if you take one milligram of THC that has a half-life of 20 hours, you will still have 0.031 mg of THC in your body more than four days later. The longer the half-life, the longer the THC lingers in your body.
It can be detected by hair folicle tests for much longer. I'm thinking it can go back a year but I am not positive on that one. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
