Browns, creams, golds, and some whites, even with shimmer, seem like your best bet. To bring out the brown eyes though, you might want to try a blue, but if you want to bring out the green in your eyes do purple. Eyeshadows with shimmer tend to stand out way more, so if you want a more subtle look, go for eyeshadow without shimmer. Don't use too much liquid eyeliner, if any at all, and try to do minimum bottom eyeliner. As far as putting eyeshadow on goes, put a circle in each far corner of your eye and blend inward, it makes your eyes look more open and it draws subtle attention to your face. Keep in touch if you want more tips. -Angel [ Anq3L_xO's advice column | Ask Anq3L_xO A Question ]

Convergirl Smoothers makesa nice tinted moisturizer that is oil free, it will make your skin look even while giving some moisture and spf. For a neutral eyeshadow with alittle shimmer you could use Neutrogena Mineral Sheers in any color but with your coloring I think Pebble would look best. THey are very sublt and matural and really highlight your eyes. A clear or light pink lipgloss (Revlon makesa great one) would look nice and then if you wan tot , curled lashes and maybe clear mascara (Again Covergirl Professsinal makes a nice one but be sure to reploace clear mascara when it gets to cloudy to avoid eye infections). If you want a little cream brush or bronzer ight give your face a dewy glow but all of these are opitional and you can pick and choose and stuff. Make sure to gdo makeup in the light and natural light is best so you dont overdo it and you can check it in a lighted magnified mirror to make sure everything is belnded properly but don't do all your makeup in a magnified mirror or you might overdue it. Clean your eyelash curler pads every few days or weeks or when it gets dirty to prevent infection. Good luck! [ beachpeach's advice column | Ask beachpeach A Question ]

haha
anyways,
I wear a light/sparkled gold eyeshadow, black eyeliner and black mascara. I've been told that it looks really good and natural. The gold sparkled eyeshadow is super pretty and looks great with dark ish eyes. you can basically buy it anywhere. [ take_thisride's advice column | Ask take_thisride A Question ]
clouded_bluee answered Friday October 20 2006, 10:17 pm: well since you seem to have a darker skin complection you can work with alot of colors; light or dark which is good, If your going for the sweet or a daytime look you would do lighter colors like; pink, purple; and such as. But if you want to take more risks you could use darker colors like; dark blues, greens, purples, or maybe black. You can you black or brown eye liner since your eye brows and hair are darker. I usually us 2 colors, I put a simple color like pink or something on the whole eye, and then i take a little eye liner brush and i put a V like, i dont know how to explain it but i put a line on half of the top eye and do the same on the bottom with a darker color or like a color from my skirt. If you get what im saying. And then of course i do eye liner and mascara. Or you could put a darker color on the whole eye lid and then from there on to the eye brows do a little color. It all looks good if you do it right.
Hope i helped and sorry if this is confusing :] [ clouded_bluee's advice column | Ask clouded_bluee A Question ]
