For as long as I can remember,I've always had a hard time of letting things go wethter it's people love or just met,or just anything at all.I get depressed when someone hugs me and they don't hug me long enough.I guess I want to hold on to the comfort feeling long enough before it's gone.I even have a problem with holding grudges when someone makes me angry.
I want to be able to let things go,but I just don't know how.I am a strongly emotion 16 year old girl by the way.
I'm not really sure how one actively "gets over things", but I was the same way at your age. I'm 22 now and have pretty much grown out of that.

okay so our school will be celebrating teachers day on the 17th because of the ongoing exams
as it is going to be my last teachers day in school
i want to give something to each of the teachers who have taught me for atleast two years now
i have a maths sir who teaches me and the rest five subjects are taught by women

Don't get cliche things, like stuff aimed for teachers.
You could get the guy a gift card to a local restaurant, and you can get the women flowers or small gift baskets. Nothing with lotion or anything like that, but maybe fruit/candy.

Ok,Im 16 but I been smoking marijuana for about 4 years now,not daily but most days of the week.And I don't smoke cigarettes.do u think my lungs look REALLY horrible or like slightly messed up???
I'm sure your lungs aren't that bad. You're so young, you should be fine.
Weed isn't as harsh on your lungs as cigarettes are, but it's still not something good.

Ive had my period for 4 years. It was regular for a long while. Every 35 days for 3-4 days. And i know thats a long time in between but thats what it was then recently its been getting longer inbetween like right now its been probably two months since my last one. Im not pregnant. Im 110% sure about that. I may go see a gyn. But i was just throwin this out there to see if amy ome may know about this.
Your cycle can be thrown off by a multitude of reasons. Stress, hormones, etc.
I wouldn't worry too much, but I'd definitely go see a Gynecologist if I were you. :)

No suicide is ever painless.
If you succeeded, it may not bring a lot of physical pain to you, but think of the emotional pain you'd bring to those around you.
Did you know that most, if not all people that kill themselves try to stop it? People that have hanged themselves have claw marks all along their neck to get free.
I'm not going to preach to you about how suicide isn't the answer, because if you're serious about it, I don't think it'll help.
I hope you don't go through it though. There are always so many other options than that. Seriously.

are tacos good for you?
Any taco that you get in a restaurant isn't really all that healthy for you. The meat is usually swimming in grease, and the cheese isn't high quality. Plus most tacos are slathered with refriend beans and sour cream.
You can make a grilled chicken taco, put it in a whole grain shell, use skim cheese and fat free sour cream, and tons of tomatoes and lettuce. It's delicious and much more healthy for you.

Since a hysterectomy is reversible, there is always a chance, but it is extremely minor.
I use EOS shaving cream on my legs because my legs are really sensitive and that's the only shaving cream that works on me so i don't get razor burn, but it doesn't work for my vagina and i need something so i can shave my vagina without getting razor burn and little cuts.
I use clean razors and replace them every so often.
If you wait for the hair to grow back more than a quarter of an inch each time you shave, you'll always get irritation. The more you shave, the less irritation you have.
Well I'm 23 yr old guy that finally got his first serious job. My dad's best friend helped me out to get involved with their company. But I was transferred to a different state so I packed up and moved.
Now I won't get into big detail, but my Boss's secretary quit all of a sudden so he asked me if I was interested. I ended up taking it and it was a pretty o.k job. Paper work, answering calls, setting up meetings and such, everything was going so well. Until he asked me to take care of some "personal" business.
He had me pick up his 16 yr old daughter from school and take her home then babysit. Their nanny never called or showed up and he was in an important meeting. So I figured, he's a nice a guy why not. When I picked her up she stared at me funny, than sat in the passenger seat. The whole ride to their home was very awkward and silent.
We finally got to her house and she thanked me, then rushed inside. I followed and sat in their living room, wondering if I should just let her do her own thing or if we should watch a movie or play a video game or something. I grew up in a family of 7 and I played with my little bro' all the time.
After awhile she finally came down stares, dressed in ridiculously short shorts and a tight tank top with no bra. I was shocked and disturbed. She smiled and sat next to me and began asking me a lot of random questions about my job with her dad and about myself. I didn't know quite what to do but answer them as I looked away.
She then asked how many women I'd slept with, I didn't answer of course and scooted further away. She scooted closer and asked if I thought she was hot. I felt very awkward and told her I didn't find minors attractive. She then stated that it was "only" a 7 year difference and her father and new step mom are 9 years apart.
She told me to wait down there and ran up stairs, then came back down with a small baggie full of brownish stuff. I've never done drugs so I didn't think it'd be weed. Until she asked if I would smoke with her. I said absolutely not! And told her I'd tell her father once he called but she just laughed and said she'd tell him it was mine and make him believe I was trying to get into her pants. I was appalled by the extremity of her lie.
She then stated that she was in control now and there was nothing I could do about it, then went on to tell me about all the nanny's, housekeepers, and music teacher's she's had that she'd gotten her dad to fire and some arrested. I'm not sure if it's true but I am a bit frighten none the less.
I mean to be put in jail for something you didn't even do?
So later off she had me take her and her two best friends to the mall, I was so relieved since I'd get some time to myself while they were off. But then she told me her nanny follows them everywhere and holds their bags for them. So I did to. It wasn't that bad until her friends started talking about how cool it would be to date an older guy with a car and such. Then my Boss's daughter grabbed my bum and ran off with her friends.
At this point I was just really pissed off of having to put up with all the b.s. I head back to the car with their bags and waited till they called to go home. I decided to look threw their bags and they bought a lot of racy undergarments and clothes. I'm really disturbed at how these kids act.
They finally came back to the car with even more bags of God only knows what, I drove her two friends home and then went back to her home. I was so thankful that there were only two more hours for her father to get home.
I wondered were her step mom was but didn't bother to ask. I sat in the kitchen petting their cat and she goes on to say, "boy you sure like to pet pus*y." I was annoyed by her presence and just told her; If she were my daughter she wouldn't be in those terrible clothes, speaking the way she was and acting the way she was. She just laughed and asked if I was gay. When I didn't respond, she said she'd be happy to do me in the back with, you can only imagine what.
Her dad finally came home and I was so mentally exhausted I didn't even bother to tell him anything and went home. I guess I'm worried of him not believing me and believing his daughters horrible lies.
It's been a week since then and I kept avoiding those "personal" favors of his, but he wants me to look after her tomorrow since she got suspended from school for getting into a fight.
What do I do? Do I tell my boss? How?
Sorry it's so long but I really want to keep my job but have no interest in putting up with his underage daughter's crap.
You should have told your boss the second things started to get weird, and you were uncomfortable. You should immediately tell him that watching her makes you uncomfortable and why.
I find it super strange that she's apparently gotten other nannies in trouble and jailed for her behavior, yet her father will allow a young male to watch her? Lapse in parenting, I'd say.
I like the post below me about the recording device. It IS illegal to tape someone against their will, but you should still do it. Maybe you SHOULD watch her and tape everything she says to you, so that when you go to your boss and tell him, he'll had no reason NOT to believe you, and therefor wouldn't file any legal charges because his daughter wouldn't have a case.
I am at a point in my relationship at which I am either out of options, or not emotionally intelligent enough to know how to handle it. Maybe someone here is....
My boyfriend has anger issues. Not violent or anything, but he definitely has issues. He's told me they stemmed from his childhood and he's always gotten mad or annoyed over small things and I am noticing it now. I, on the other hand, am the complete opposite. I never get angry, and I don't know how to handle it when people do. I try to "fix" the situation and end up emotional because I'm in love with this guy and I hate seeing him upset. Sometimes, he gets mad over things that I do, sometimes, its got nothing to do with me. Still, he becomes silent, acts cold, and stays that way for a long time. I think the fact that I get emotional about it also bothers him a lot, but the thing is I truly cannot help it because I care about him so much. I've looked up ways to deal with people that have anger issues and the typical advice is keep cool, don't give in to it, don't try to fix it etc. But I cannot seem to do that no matter how hard I try. Does anyone have some tips for me that may help me deal with him, or things that I can say to make him realize he's putting a huge strain on our relationship by being the way he is. He's told me before he cant help it but I'm getting to a point where I don't know if I can take it anymore but at the same time do not want to lose him because he is one of the most genuine, sweet, good person I know. I don't know what to do??

My husband is the EXACT same way. Seriously. I read this and had to think for a minute if I'm the one that wrote it, ha!
My husband, when on a regular visit to his doctor, told him that he was having mood swings and would get really angry for minor things. (Spilling a drink, etc.) His doctor prescribed him Lexapro, which apparently is supposed to help relax and calm your moods. He's been on it for 2 years and it really, really helps. It doesn't take it completely away, but his 'anger problems' went from being a several times a day situation, to a few times a week.
Whoever told you not to give in or fix it is absolutely right. Don't egg him on by being angry, yelling at him, or upset. That'll only make situations worse. Try and understand what he's going through.
You may just need to sit down with him and express your honest feelings. If he's not willing to try and fix it, then neither should you.

I want to lose 20 pounds but every time I try I cheat on my diet. This summer I kept cheating and telling myself that Id just start my diet over the next day, but when the next day came I always ruined my diet. People around me are always eating junk and when I see it I have to have it and I over eat. How can I stop craving junk food?

There is nothing wrong with eating 'junk food' as long as you do it in MODERATION. Have 2 cookies, not 20. Have a handful of chips, not the whole bag. Only eat when you're HUNGRY, not when you 'feel like it'.
You can eat whatever you want IN MODERATION as long as you exercise regularly.

If they're not having ANY SORT of sex, then no, he cannot get into trouble. However, I wouldn't recommend him dating her because if he makes her angry or whatever, she COULD claim he did something to her that didn't want - then he'd be in a slew of legal trouble.

Yes, it's normal! You have to keep shaving it on a weekly basis to keep it maintained. It's like shaving your legs - ever notice how you'll shave them on Friday, and by Tuesday you could sandpaper your dinner table with them? Same with your pubic region.
If there is any irritation, it's because it's your first time doing it. The more often you do it, the less irritated it'll become.

Be flirty with other guys, too. Dress flirty. If you see him chatting it up with another girl, don't get jealous. Just pretend it doesn't bother you. If you keep it casual like he wants, he'll love you all the more for it.
He's already interested in you, so it's not like you have to win him over. Keep him interested by keeping an open mind. If another guy wants to buy you a drink, let him. If another guy wants to dance, dance. I think he'll appreciate the fact that you're open to whatever, and it might make him like you more to see how outgoing and fun you are.
