i need some ways of making new friends and fast. i dont have many (i have a couple)- not because im wierd or anything, but i really cant hold a conversation, like theres an awkward pause. and im shy too. not ONLY that but i act diff. in school then i do when im with my good friends like outside of school. in school im shy and dont really say all that much. outside of school im like loud crazy and wild &funny. i need some help on ways to make new friends fast (ones that i can hang with outside of school and stuff) and ways to be myself in school so people will like me. my one friend follows me around like crazy and gets jelous when i talk to other people. im like her only friend. its anyoying and i kinda wanna pool away from her because its stopping me from meeting new people. Well what i can tell you is that if you want to make new friends and be meet more people then be confident. dont act different in school just be yourself!! Trust me i moved from florida all the way to maryland two different types of areas and i had to adjust to a whole new enviroment, and at first alot of people didnt like me because of how different i was and now i have a lot of friends just because i didnt hold back i stayed myself amd was confident. About your shadow friend well just slowely pull away from her start hanging out with new people [if you want] eventually she will get the picture!

I don't liek anyone in my school like for a boyfriend or anything and I don't feel anyway towards them. Like, I'll say a guy is hot if they look it, but I don't have feelins towards anyone and I'm pretty sure that no boy likes me either. I've never been asked out and I have no desire to ask anyone out. I know exactly how you feel because when i am single i feel the same way. I love the feeling of just knowing I have a boyfriend. But I learned from previous relationships is that you shouldnt jump into a relationship with the first person you like. I think you are just curious. Most people are when they get to their teenage years. I think you should def. just find someone who is as curious as you,or, see if your friend is curious try it out, and if you like it then you like it.

So about 4 months ago i "met" this guy while i was on holiday, the only words we exchanged were hello, we met through a mutual friend.. but the attraction was instant. A few days later i left but he managed to get my msn adr. and we have been speakin ever since i am very shy when it comes to speakin to guys face to face but he is the exact oposite, he keeps telling me how much he likes me and how he wishes i would go back, and that we will get together. you want to seem confident? then be confident. Guys arent stupid they can tell if you are really confident or if you are playing it off. I also think that you shouldnt go out with a guy just to have a boyfriend, wait for a guy you really like and feel comfortable with. That should help your relationship last longer.

Your boyfriend loved you nomatter what you look like. This should give you confidence all in itself, how you view yourself isnt always as other people view you.You should be proud of your body because people love when you confident in yourself. You can never really see yourself the way he does, but you can look at the positives about yourself, if you understand what im saying... your boyfriend loves you for you that very hard to find and you are very lucky, you should be unconfident because you have what many people want already. I think you should def. talk to him more, if your friend doesnt like him at all then she should have no problem about you havin a crush on him. Flirt with him, talk to him, hang out with him. I know how you feel. Ive never been on anti-depression pills but i have gon 48 hrs straight without sleeping because i couldnt sleep. I was so depressed that all i did was stay up and think. I was a cutter and had to see a phyciatrist.. But why are you depressed? Everyone feels alone but you must understand you are truley never alone, and although at times it may feel like it for some people more then others you have to find someone you can confide in someone who will be there for you even if it maybe a stranger or someone new.. OK, flirting is the easiest way but at the same time the hardest. Guys tend to send mixxed signs about how they feel. So flirt discretley bcuz guys tend to try to show off in front of their friends.Try as much as you can to spend alone time with him and just talk to him one on one you dont neccesarily have to tell you like him but it always helps to have a good alone conversation with that person. Wait until he sends all the rite messages and then let the topic of who you like come up [while by yourselves], and tell him in a way thats not so obvious, mayb by playing that little ''well you know him game' something like that should do.
