My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

i'm 14 and i think about sex kind of a lot because this one guy that i really really like wants to have sex w/ me but i don't really want to but then again i look at some of my friends that are 14 and they've lost their virginity already but i don't really want to have sex w/ this one guy but then i do..i'm confused and i don't know if i'm totally out of my mind for thinking about this but i don't want to have sex w/ him but then i do..is it bad to even think about it when i'm 14?

Last year I broke up with my ex. I thought that we myte have juss been taking a break but we were really done for good. Now i relized that i still like him and i dont know if i should tell him or not. well .. talk to your friends about this and see if they really are using you. tell them how you feel but i dought that they are using you. every1 always ditches their friends at some point so i dont think its that big of a deal even tho i hate it and its annoying! x0

Ok, there is this boy named Eryc, he's in 4/6 of my classes. My friend thinks he likes me, and I kind of believe her, kind of don't. Sometimes he can be such a bastard! But then when I need help he stands up for me. My friend is only in 1/6 of me and Eryc's classes, so she wouldn't know at all what I go through with him and what he does. But in the one class she is in, she thinks he likes me. My question is do you think he has a crush on me?

Alright, I moved to this town 3 years ago.. and before i moved her. My bestfriend had just broken up with her bf [Ian] of 4 years, and the next day he started going out with her cousin for 2. I secretly liked him but kept in a secret because i didnt wanna ruin there relationship, but the summer before 9th grade they broke up. I KNEW THIS WAS MY CHANCE. So we started talking alot more, and i slept over his house.. like twice. & we started going to party's together, and basketball games. We were in love & everything was great, untill about 6 months had gone by and i felt like we were never going to go out. so i started talking to a new boy, we went out for like a month and broke up because he told everyone i was just a booty call. But now me and Ian are talking again, and hes all ive been thinking of and im just scared to get back into the relationship with him, But i cant stay away from him at the same time. I dont know if i should give up... Or try one more time

Ok, so i have this problem. I always dress in black or dark colors and i've been doin this all my life. Some of my friends are starting to get pissed that i'm always dark. they're embarrassed when we go out in public just because of me. They yelled at me but i just told them to piss off. this can become a problem. Should i just keep telling them to shut the hell up and put up with it or try to deal it out with them?

thats not nice but i dont think you should change who you are for your friends. they should exept you for who you are not for what you wear! every single person always judges ppl by how they dress! tell ur friends to stop tho! maybe you should try wearing some clothes with a lil bit of color and see what they say! x0
