Diet is the only way to get results like that cut out all the sugar and oily foods from your diet so no candy, fast food or soda or anything with sugar or oily stuff in it and you should lose alot of weight its not going to be easy but it will work so stick to it and dont give up. Review everything and make sure you listen to everything the teacher says because sometimes they give off hints that will help you with tests and study really hard in a quite place by yourself or lastly get a tutor to help you and that will definitly get your grades higher. good luck :)

Tell him that no girl can forget about her ex's because every relationship has good times that will always be in your heart but tell him that you still only love him (current bf) and that you dont want to go back with your ex (unless you really do) and that just talking about your ex isnt going to do anything to your current relationship because its stronger then that and if he doesnt understand this then maybe he isnt the right guy for you either. Your probably just going through "moments of depression" this happens when you start to have wierd and mean thoughts about yourself that makes you well depressed the only way to get out of this depression is to think good things about yourself everytime this happens get a piece of paper and write down all the good things about you ONLY good things and then on a different piece of paper get a good friend to write a list of good things about you again ONLY good and just look at it and you will be fine. Okay well I'm 15 and I've been with my boyfriend now for 6 months and he's perfect for me. But I still have strong feelings for my ex boyfriend. When my ex broke up with me i found the guy im with now and then a week before our 5th month i broke up with my boyfriend for my ex and 3 days Later i got back with my boyfriend. My ex still loves me he said and he wants to see me this Sunday to hang out because he misses me, but i promised my boyfriend that I wouldn't talk to him again. Im suppose to be hanging out with my best friend this weekend and i was thinking that me and my friend go to swimming at the swimming center and I invite my ex along, and i don't tell my boyfriend. NO i think its wrong to invite your ex while you have a bf because if your current bf loves you then your going to hurt him by doing this even if he doesnt know your doing it so dont do it because you will lose your bf because he will find out one day and you wont be with your ex for long because he will end up doing something stupid for which reason you two will break up again then your not going to have anyone and your gonna cry about the decisions you made so stick with your bf and forget about your ex tell your ex your done with him and you want him to move on and leave you alone. I like a range of things from grunge sort of look to pretty lacy and frilly clothes. I have noooo idea what sort of style and what I should be wearing.

Okay so the state I live in has had an outbreak or whatever. A few counties over schools are being shut down. And i was wondering if there might be a possiblity to get it.
Right now I am sick, I have been since 5 am. when i got up yesterday for school, ( been in high school two weeks this thursday) It first felt like someone had beat up the inside of my throat with a baseballbat. Not strep "throaty" at all, now not it has gotton worse, it is also scratchy and and hard to small, i am either frezzing to death or sweating, i am tired, and my stomach hurts , and i can't sleep.
If it doesn't get better i am going to the doctor monday, but what are some symstems of the h1n1 (link)

you dont have the swine flu i had this same problem a few days ago and it lasted for a whole week its just a virus going around thats just a flu so just have some cough medicine and asprin or advil you'll be fine in a few days and drink a lot of apple juice but you should definitly still go to the doctor just to see what he says.

I am on birth control, my period ended two days ago. I have had sex several times in the last few days. After doing it this morning, I went to the bathroom and found that I was bleeding a little bit. At first slightly heavy like a period, and then lighter. Is this a sign of pregnancy or anything I should be concerned about? i dont think thats normal so i would go see a doctor just to make sure everything is okay because you dont want it to get worse and if i told you anything i would be wrong so i wouldnt take the risk of listening to anyone on here about this type of problem just go see a doctor. :)

Okay so I'm 18 and in college. I'm also a gay male. Well I found this really sweet guy! He always makes me smile. Well there is this other guy who i really don't see like that at all, but he is so protective of me and he knows exactly what im thinking and no one else ever can, so that's like a turn on. This first guy i like though is very confusing, he acts different around certain people. Okay like if he's with me he acts like someone different, when he's with some one else he acts totally different! Now his best friend has been saying the same thing about him. like he's not comfortable with who he is, so he has to act the way everyone else is around him. He's more of a follower. ok so im bad at....being a boyfriend i suppose would be the best way to put it.
so my girlfriend ill call S dumped me after a week of us going out about a month or so ago saying that i was too much of a fridget, didnt hold her hand enough and didnt tell her how much she meant to me(making her feel special like whispering in her ear she was beautiful and stuff)
ok before me and S were going out one of my other friends who is a girl as well told this girl, we'll call Tammy, that i like her but i never said that. so after me and S broke up tammy started talking to me a bit more and told me abuot how the girl told her that i said i liked her before me and S were going out and i said what?? i never said anything like that and she said well thats not what i heard and she was being real flirty and what i thought was hinting that she liked me too haha and so we were talking more lately and i actually started liking her (because before now i havent realy gotten to know her) but since i am so bad at being a boyfriend i told her that i dont want to disappoint her and hurt her feelings but she said dont worry im a fridget too so it shouldnt be too bad (she has only ever had one boyfriend) but i said i want to ask her out sooner or later but just not right now because of the reason i said before and she said she'll wait for as long as i need and i said thanks your a good friend.... but now i think like this girl who lives a few blocks away from my house and we walk to school together sometiems and we always joke around and flirt a bit but shes really confusing and sometimes takes things too seriously(her friends tell me this)

K well you should go out with tammy because she seems nice and you seem to like her and if shes willing to wait until you ask her out shes definitly likes you alot so ya go out with her but if you are going to go out with her you need to stop flirting with A first because its kinda mean to flirt with someone else and go out with someone else and if you decide not to go out with tammy yet then yes you need to tell her not to wait for you because wut if you dont really like her after or if you find someone else your going to hurt her tell her to move on unless your sure your going to ask her out. and when your going out with girls dont worry about offending them because not everything you say is going to offend them just be funny and talk about things she likes ask her about her hobbies and ya you'll be fine. Well i suggest you guys sit down and actually look at the problems your having and talk about them its the best way to go about this because if you talk about it then there will be nuthing left to fight about tell him how you feel and in return he will tell you how he feels and tell him if he doesnt want to be with you then he needs to jus let you know now because you find it annoying that he cant make up his mind.

you could rent some movies and watch them or do a little spa day for yourself find some neat recipes off the internet and bake or cook something or invite some friends over order some food and jus talk to pass time because internet games are just going to make you more bored and tired and lazy its better to be doing something other then sitting at the computer. good luck :)

I know that looking good in public is important and that guys like good looking girls but my friends are getting on my nerves about it! They are so obsessed with having the "perfect" figure and make-up so that these "hot" boys will show interest in them. One of my friends finally told me that the rest of the group is upset with me because my boyfriend is "hot" and I didn't even have to "try" to get him. I did "try" though...I approached him at lunch after our science class and said, "Hey, I think you're neat. Would you happen to be free this weekend?" That was it! They're upset I didn't go to extremes like they did, I guess.
Yeah, I do my make-up and I dress nicely but I don't spend hours in the bathroom or need to "touch-up" multiple times at school. I don't do my make-up to look like a raccoon or a boxer with two black eyes. I do my (light) make-up in the morning for like 10 minutes and then go to school and be MYSELF. I don't spend a fortune on clothes because I know they're just not worth it. I don't flash my boobs or anything in front of boys to get their attention.
I tried to explain to them that the kind of attention they're getting isn't what they are REALLY after. I told them to just talk to boys and let it naturally flow but they're SOOOOO obsessed with appearance. All they're going to get is used and I keep telling them that! When they DO get used they seem so shocked. I'm so tired of them.
Should I just stop being friends with them and go my own way or what? They don't listen to what I tell them and they are so extreme. It's gotten to the point that I laugh when they have their hearts broken. Can this be fixed or are we just not compatible as friends? (link)

well if you really dont feel comfortable around them and you feel its unbareable to be with them then i suggest you go your own way and find a new group of friends but you should think about this because you might regret it so think it through is there really no way to get around this and still be friends or do you feel they can never change and you dont want waste your time? the decision is really yours all i can say is take your time thinking about the because this is a big decision. flirting is just another way of telling a guy your interested in him so without really using many words complement him tell him he looks nice or that you like his eyes or his hair then twirl you hair around in your fingers laugh at all his jokes and just smile at him a lot. Good luck :)
