My name is Teza.. short for Tereza. I was born in Croatia and I speak more than one language. I'm 22 years old & I completed 2 college degrees in 3 years. My a bachelors is in Business Administration concentration in Human Resources and my Masters degree is also in HR.



I started this advice column about 9years ago and I was so young but it was something that I always loved to do. I am trying to get back to answering questions, at least a few per day. With that said, if you have questions about school, friends, make up, etc., feel free to ask.

Did you try washing it? Soak it in hot water for about 10 minutes and then spray stain remover on it and put it in the washing machine! x0

i have always been the girl to get her period REALLY heavy, like changing a super tampon every 2 hours and ive always been on schedual to the day! but this time i was 2 WEEKS late AND i cant even fill the littlest tampon. is this normal? please dont reply by saying its disgusting b/c i really need help! i rate good advice!

ok, i am in love with a beautiful girl. but i love her for her personality and the way she asks and shes just perfect! i would like do anything she asked and would take a shot for her. but then comes the problem. i moved to africa about 6 weeks ago. i wake up at like 3 am every morning to talk to her but this move is still breakin my heart. i never actually go the chance to ask her out be for i moved cause i new it would make it all more painful for her. so my questions are, what should i do about this move because i'm goin to give her up and second, i wanna ask her how she feels about me but i dont wanna ask cause idk how she'ld react. i'll rate if u show me you gave this sum thought...

Dont be afraid of rejection. Im sure this guy would like you and you never know if he does until you ask him about it. Just ask him if he might like you or something and then a lil later you could ask him out. x0

I've gotten a couple ridiculous questions in my inbox lately- disgusting questions and some that, i just don't have any idea what to say to them. but i feel bad just not answering these people. does anyone else have this problem?

Yesm I do but sometimes I would answer them anyways. If you dont feel comftrable answering them then dont and you shouldnt feel bad. You are supposed to help the person and they arent supposed to make you feel bad or uncomftrable. The questions you dont really know how to answer... just try your best and give them your opinion! x0

ok well im 15 and in 9 grade and theres this boy that i like but i dont really know him. Well ever since the beginning of the year i always caught him staring at me and smiling but never anything else, then we gradually started talking but only in class (we have one class together)well this semester i sit right next to him in class and we talk all the time but only in class. if we see each other in the hall we never say anything. yesterday our class was in the computer lab & we were only allowed to sit by 1 person at a table. well i got up for a minute to go look at another computer that no one was at or by and he came over and sat right next to me and we just sat there talking and then he put his hand on my leg. then the teacher looked at us an he got up and went to sit next to this girl i hate but hes friends with her. so what the heck?! im so confused so if u could just tell me if hes hinting he likes me or if he just wants to confuse me? plz i rate high!!

I think that he likes you. Its good that you guys are talking more now and you guys will get the chance to get to know each other better and he will like you more and be more comftrable around you. In the hall, when you see him just smile at him and say hi or something. x0

Well, your parents will have to find out eventually but I think its best that you tell them before they have to find out on their own. If they find out on their own they will be more pissed so I think that you should tell them. If the mom has the kid all the time .. I`m sure that you would want to see it to so thats why your parents have to find out and you have to help take care of the baby! Sorrie I couldnt help much on this. x0

Theres this guy online that wont leave me alone. He's so perverted and i have no idea who he is. hes not from my town but he always tells me that he sees me and he tells me what im wearing. hes always saying stuff like how much he wants to fuck me and he just says really nasty things. hes really violent too, like if i dont answer him RIGHT away he'll flip out and call me names, so im scared to block him or anything since he knows what i look like and he "sees me all the time" what should i dooo?

Hes a stalker! I bet its just some lil boy who has nothin to do! If this person always knows what you are wearing and stuff then I bet its some one who goes to y our school. It probably cant be some one from another town because he wont see you all the time but I dont know. I also think that you should tell your parents about this because he needs to stop! x0
