Hi, this is Kate. I'm 17. My life motto is 'Live Laugh Love', I really think those are great words to live by and I'm planning to have it made into a tattoo. I'm not religious but I love learning about different religions. I write stories based on things that have happened to me because sometimes I have days where I just think 'wow that sounds like something out of a book'. I've finished 3 stories and I'm about to start my first horror story..very exciting. I believe in fairy tale love...the kissing in the rain, staring at the stars on the rooftop kind of love..Why? Because I'm in that kind of love and its been the greatest time of my life. And it didn't come easy.
I'd love to help you with whatever issues come your way. I've been in relationships where the guy was too old for me, the guy was my best friend, the guy just wanted to get some. I've been the other woman but I'm not proud of it. I've been the girl who waits years to be with the guy she wanted.
I come from the type of home where everyone seems okay and then when everyone leaves its chaos. My parents should have been divorced years ago and I can't stand to be around either of them so for now I'm going day by day, only coming home to sleep and counting down the days until I go to college in August.

if you keep your hair short then it won't take long for your bangs to be even with the rest of your hair. then you can grow it all back out again

this is just what happens in my high school. the shortest person (who is about your height) gets a lot of attention. it might start out as teasing but then if you have people's attention then you can become friends.

that's funny. i thought my friend's step brother was the only one. one time when i was over at her house and he was over he was playing his XBOX and me and my friend were in her room and her brother was in his room down the hall. we heard screaming and groaning. he got so into it that he fell between the small space between his bed and the wall. we still don't know how that happened but he keep screaming and we thought he was stil playing video games but he was screaming at us to come help him. that happened like two years ago and we stil laugh about it. i don't know why they sound like that. i guess it's just a guy thing cuz i play XBOX and i know i don't sound like that.

Hey. I was wondering in what stores do they sell some good matresses. (Besides IKEA cuz me and my parents dont like their stuff) .. and I was wondering where are some cheap but quality places? lol
also.. does anyone know where I can get a feather matress? Those things rawk, but I can never find them anywhere.
Also what are some cool stuff for rooms. Not fancy or anything or too decorative, but just weird pillows or colors or anything like that.

i don't know if you have a Sam's Club near you or if you're a member but they have mattresses. to get a feather mattress you can try JCPenney or Sears. they (sears) also have a lot of stuff for rooms.

I know this might sound nasty but ever since i can remember i have been having this really bad smell in my private area. i know most boys joke around talking about tuna smelling and stuff but i dont think its a joke. i dont think people can smell it when i hang out with them but im not sure if they smell it when i wear shorts? and i get this nasty white stuff in my under wear and mom knows about it. and my boyfriend wants to have sex with me but i dont want to smell and i dont want him to see that white stuff in my underwear. is there anything i could do to prevent from smelling because i wear purfume anyways. and how could i keep this stuff from my boyfriend. i really havent been smelling that bad lately but i dont want him to see the white stuff. can you please help me? anything will help!

the white stuff is normal and happens to every girl. you shouldn't be embarassed. try using a scented panty liner to control smell.

we start high school in 8th. the first day is still all a blur. it's confusing and i didn't know the high school that well either. ask at the main office if they have a map of your school that has classroom numbers on it. what i did is circled all of my classrooms and labeled them with what period i had them. it helped so much. high school is actually fun even though everything is harder. you have so much independance it actually halps you become more organized and responsible.

ok i wrote before about my mums friend and everything how he wanted me to stay at his house and stuff well now he said to my mum if only he was 20 years younger he would go out with me. My mum got very angry at him and shouted at him for saying this! To be honest with you i don't know what to think. Ok here's the deal. This is kind of embarrasing but I wanted to get a new computer, a laptop for school. And I wanted to get rid of my old computer. The thing is, my parents want to buy it, they don't want me to throw it out. Uh, I kinda may have gone on sites that they wouldn't approve of...but they won't take no for an answer of buying it. I'm perfectly ok with throwing it in the dump, but they're not. I'm so afraid somehow they'll find out what sites I went on if they buy it. What do I do! (link)

delete every file you have. if it's porn you've been on then i've heard it kinda sneaks it's way into certain files so just delete everything and somehow reset your computer to it's "factory" settings.

i just came back from my friends sleepover and so im really tired and was in the car with my mom and first shes like "your always so blah" and then shes like "why are you always so snoty to me" and im like im not and shes like "you dont act like this to mark (my stepdad)" and shes like "your only nice when you want something" (which she used to say to my older sister also) but im like "no" because that not true its just that she is always yelling at me and i am very sensative and it makes me cry. like whenever my parents fight my mom is all mean and so i stay with mark and watch tv with him and hes nice. or the other day i decided to hose off the deck to get the dirt off around 6ish when the sun was going down and i accidently got a chair cover wet inside and outside and my mom got all mad and i didnt mean to i was just trying to help. or when my omm decided to take a kickboxing class so i knew that it started before my firends birthdat party so i wasl ike can you still take me and the shes like "you girls always want me to take you places and i just wanna do one tihng for me.. blah blah" and thats not true, in fact its like only te second time iv asked her to take me anywhere ALL SUMMER (i usually ask mark, not that i even ask him that much but w/e) and then yesterday my mom was like "did you get acard" and i was like no b/c mark was supposedto take me and i figured he could stop on the way there and she was like well hes working outside rite now building our deck so i guess that means i have to take you (all nasty) and she was like you shouldve walked and gotten one and i was like ok i will now with keri (my older sis) and shesl ike no ill take you. and now im really upset because im not snoty so what do i do, by the way, the last thing i want to do is talk to her b/c if i tell her this shell just defend herself and yell at me and then ill cry and ill get yelled at again so please help (im 14/f) (link)

my mom is going thought she was going through menopause when i thought i was about to get my period for the first time and it was crazy in my house for about two months. she was just like you explained except she is way less active and sleeps ALL the time. i tell her that when she sleeps it makes her grouchy which it does. i don't really know what's wrong with mothers. they're just weird. i'd hang with Mark for a while and wait about a month before you ask your mom for anything.

i did this for my dad on father's day but you could do it for anyone. buy a picture frame that has three or four places for pics in it and before you wrap it up put your favorite pictures of you and your mom in it and put it back in the box it came in and wrap it up. it gives a more personal touch than just the frame.

Okay my dad is an alcoholic!! He has been all my life!! He drinks right before he comes home from work and he gets so waisted on the weekends!! I've dealt with this all my life!! HE has never been there for me and when he tries he's drunk and I don't want nothing to do with him. Sometimes I just wish him and my mom would get a divorce I think she would be a lot happier. My brothers have been doing drugs for the past 3 years so that doesn't help either but they are working on getting there life straight and they are trying. My dads not!! How do I get him to change? I know it would take a long time but he hasnt even shown progress and he hasnt even tried. when ever i download the sims2, and i put the thrid disc in, it freezes there, my freind kammi (hi kamz!) said she doesnt know, i have the sims2 doewnloaded on a diff computer, but im not allowed on it, because i got my own, and its my sisters and she doesnt want me to delete the families and stuff like that! can you tell me why its freezing? my friend had the same problem but it was with the University disk. she had some hardrive problem or something like that but that shouldn't be happening with a new computer. is yours new or passed down? Also... i had the same problem on my computer when i got my new computer too. but then i tried to reload it again and it went really quickly.

you can't put it in the wrong hole unless you shove it up your but hole but i think you'll know which is which. if you don't know what hole it is then you need some help. sorry! it doesn't hurt and if it's uncomfortable then take it out and start again with a new one. the box has directions on using one if you REALLY need halp.
