how can you reduce the redness out of a pimple overnight?
Applying toothpaste over a pimple will reduce the redness of it. It may not do the job in one night but it does work, though it won't help get rid of it.

I just bought a new shirt from aeropstale and when i got home i was lookin at it and they kept that security plastic thing on and i heard you can only get it off with a special thing! Im sooo mad i wanted to wear it tomorrow! does anyone have a way to get it off without ruining the shirt??? PLEASE HELP! 5'S!!
Well, you can't wear it tomorrow, unless you somehow get a chance to go back to the store to get it removed. Make sure you bring the receipt or else the employees may think you stole the shirt.

I've noticed some people's myspace pages say "You cannot view this person's profile unless you are added as their friend" or something like that. Well I checked out the FAQ & I can't seem to find out how I can get my page protected like that. Does anyone know?
You need to change your privacy settings, which is in your Account Settings. To do that, you need to log in, go to your homepage, click on 'Account Settings', and click on the 'Change Settings' link, next to the privacy settings section, and that's where you change this setting. Your age also influences this so you may need to change that also.

how do you become a "moniter"(i THINK thats the right word) on advicenators????
There are three different levels of moderators but to become a L1 moderator, as of now, you need to have been rated five times, your average rating is at least 4, you have joined at least one month ago, if you've ever been banned, it was at least six weeks ago, and you've updated your column in the last week. If you meet the qualifications, you can click this link: http://advicenators.com/mod.php?mode=makeme.
Dangernerd is working on improving the qualifications of becoming a moderator but that's how you become a L1 moderator as of now.

what do emo and scene kids wear? * clothing, hair, makeup, shoes, jewelry...ect.
ill rate 5's!
"Many (but not all) emo kids are usually found wearing Chuck Taylor shoes, used T-shirts with random prints (usually found in thrift stores) and often wear thick, black, plastic glasses (even with no prescription). They wear eyeliner and have short black hair, which is usually straightened." -- http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=emo
"Scene guys often wear: tight jeans, tight t-shirts, often from elementary school/middle school, or picked up from the local thrift store; tight blazers and jackets, even during a warm summer; and have long, greesy hair, cut and dyed at home, with bangs that cover 1/2 of a "scene" guy's face at a 45 degree angle. Scene girls often wear: bright colored makeup, and have short, choppy hair, usually thicker on one side, and containing two or more colors." -- http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=scene

So if you tried to visit my myspace latley, it's gone. My brother found out about this guy I liked from myspace, grounded me from the internet, and erased my myspace. Which had about 2,000 comments and I dont ever think I can just start over with a new one. So like, I'm kinda aloud to go online now but theres nothing to do so I decided to come back to advicenators. Woo-hoo! So hows your life?
Woot!
Your brother actually did that? Wow. I had to start over with Myspace also, as you know my accounts are getting deleted for no apparent reason.
Life's good, actually.

what is the best kind of straightener?
ive had 2 different brands and both of them have at some point stopped heating up (the light goes on, so i know the power is on)
the first kind i had was a ceramic tools and the second was a vidal sassoon.
any ideas why they keep dying on me? and suggestions for a good ceramic straightener?
The ceramic straightener that I use is a Helen of Troy and it works wonders. As for why the straighteners you use keep dying, have you been using the same power outlet when you are straightening your hair? My straightener would do the same thing, until I found out that it was the power outlet I was using that was causing it to not work.

hey is it true that when you sleep you're supposed to take your bra off?
That's not true, though it may be uncomfortable for you to sleep with one on.

What does it mean when someone is "scene"?
"Another word for 'emo' or 'trendy'. What's 'in'.
Scene Kids usually have choppy black hair and wear eyeliner. The guys wear tight band shirts. More points if it's a band no one has heard of. They wear studded belts and chuck taylor or vans. Plastic bracelets and big white-rimmed glasses that take up half their face. Tight girl pants. Pearls and bows, hair bands and things that little kids would wear. Their screen names usually contain 'x's. The more x's you have, the more 'scene' you are. AIM profiles usually have their myspace links in it, and are laced up with lyrics. More points if its 'emo'. Stars, hearts, and checkers are all 'scene'. Being straight edge is scene' Talking about how much you love a certain band, but you've only heard like 2 songs is 'scene.'
Neon colors, guns that go bang bang, vintage clothes, thrift stores, eyeliner like woah, polka dots, collared shirts, tight pants, black hoodies, gauged ears, lip rings, piercing your own body, studded jackets, etc. All scene." -- http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=scene

oaky i have a RLY bad sweating problem! At school i sweat like heck and i cant help it! by the end of the day i have HUGE oit stains! Ive tried many different deoderants....first i started out with avon and then i tried secret (( the strong and invisable kind)) and now im using avon sport...none of them will work!!! please help me! what is a very strong deoderant???
You need to use an anti-perspirant, since an ordinary deoderant is not strong for you. Certain Dri is a recommended anti-perspirant that will make you sweat less and it works. You can purchase this product at any local pharmacy for under ten-dollars. If you don't want to purchase Certain Dri, then try a deoderant by Dove.

if i ask a question on here like just a random one like this can you see who its from?
The questioner is anonymous and only Level II and and III moderators can only see who it's from, but there are only sixteen of us who can. Unless you state who you are in your question, no one will know that you asked the question.

Hi ok f/13
so i got braces this summer and since them they have had to fix 4 braces that came off. Now he yelled at me and said this was very uncommon and that i was doing it it was noithng he did. Now i have an appoitment and for more of my braces came of in like a half year period is this noraml. im scared to go bac hes gonna yell alot! please help
Your orthodontist shouldn't yell at you, first of all. When I had braces a few years ago, I didn't experience any bracket coming off, but it could just be that the glue used to glue the brackets onto your teeth is not strong enough. If he's going to yell at you, I advise you to have your mother/father to get you another orthodontist.

i got my period for the first time on auguest 15 (this past auguest). i didnt have it last month, but now i got it again on the 15th, and still have it. is this normal?
This is normal. Your period is going to be irregular for the next few years so you don't know when it's going to start/finish or how long it'll last. You will notice patterns but they'll eventually change.

I'm thinking of getting a belly button piercing. I got a few questions... Does it hurt? Do they numb anything or no? How long does it take? How big is the needle? Would it bleed?
When I got my belly button pierced, I didn't experience any pain. You can ask the piercer to numb the area around your belly button but it won't make that much of a difference, at least I think. The overall piercing doesn't take too long, probably a few minutes, since the piercer needs to explain everything afterwards. As for the needle, it's about the size of the width of a barbel/ring. You won't see any blood, since the piercer is going to take a clamp, to pull your skin, so it won't bleed. If you play around with the ring after your belly button is pierced, it may hurt.
