im captain of my cheer squad, and my co captain thinks shes hot sh*t. she always tries to take over and acts like she is God, seriously. I cant stand her. I do let her help with decisions, so dont think just cause I'm captain I take over all the time haha =] She is currently super mad at me because I wouldn't change something that we were wearing, simply because she didn't feel like wearing it. The rest of my squad was totally fine with it, so I told her we will not change what were wearing, but she can wear something else if its that big of a deal. she wont shut up, she keeps going on about how im making it such a big deal and how i should just change it. shes like seriously pissed at me because i wont change it all for her, and when she doesnt get what she wants, or she isnt in the center of attention, she HAS to get what she wants. She will convince my coach to change our positions in routines so she can be front center, which she has been the past 3 performances, I never have. I am being as nice as possible to her, and I am trying to compromise, but she is such a !@#$%. i dont want to talk to my coach (she sucks haha) and ive tried talking to my co captain, but she doesnt care. She has a way of making the other girls follow her, like when she talks bad about someone she gets them all to join in. I am worried they will start listening to her and hating me! I am trying to just let it go, but it really bothers me! I hate having an enemy on my own squad, but I'm sooo sick of her! Should I just make it through the year and ignore her? I have to cheer with her tomorrow... =[ oh and please dont say to talk to my coach, she sucks, seriously, and she wont stand up to us ever, shes more like a friend haha. Sounds like she was spoiled at an early age ha ha. I say you should talk to your coach, even if she is a bitch. Tell her that you really don't think you should change a certain thing JUST for the benefit of one girl. She is the coach, afterall. She can make cuts, if you know what I mean ;]. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid you might have to talk to the girl. Do not let her get her way, because she will be even more spoiled, but keep at it in a mature manner, as you've been doing. Try to be friends with her and be nice to her, even if she's annoying, just suck it up and act like you're cool with her. If you're afraid of gossip turning the team against you, hold a team meeting. Talk to them all and tell them what your views on the situation are and then let the other girl get to tell her views. Then let the team talk about it while you and the other girl go into a different room. :] Goodluck!
im 13/f and i weigh about 144 its kind of disgusting because im like 5'1 and i want to loose weight and fast. Is there a diet or something where i can loose it quick and still eat?

I advise you NOT to run, unless you can run long distances. You should power walk/jog :] as for the diet, fruits and vegi's. I know it's a pain but you'll look much better. Besides, fruits are naturally sweet. I eat things like banana's and strawberries ALL the time for some random little snacks. Plus I can sneak grapes into class he he he :b

Can you tease your hair if you don't have short hair and extensions. And how do you, i've watched some videos on youtube but they freeze up too much. kthanx
yes you can. What you'll need is some hairspray, a brush/comb, and a flat iron.
1. Flat iron your hair so it's nice and straight all over. Unless of course, you don't want a straight tease :]
2. brush the top section [top layer of hair, usually right above ear] into a small ponytail. take the under-layer and, section by section, back comb it [When you brush your hair up instead of down]. When you finish back combing a section, hold it straight out from your head and hairspray. Continue untill the entire bottome layer is kindof "sticking out".
3. take your brush and GENTLY and SWIFTLY brush the outside if your teased sections, so they are still tease but it has a straight section on top of it.
4. take your hair down and add volumizing spray/wax to the top of your hair.

Ha ha ok. No, guys don't NEED sex. If they did, little boys would be getting in on a lot ha ha. Some masterbate, some don't. It depends on the person, really. Guys aren't horny all the time, just like girls aren't. They're just livin' life :] Some guys like to imagine girls doing sexual things to themselves or other girls, so some guys get turned on by a girl masterbating.

Pomade. It's more of a wax but, from what I hear, it's super strong. You can get it at walmart really cheap.

Well, for the makeup, I went and looked up a few sights :] It sounds like she would look great with a shimmery-goldish eyeshadow, but that's just me lol. Maybe you could try a smokey eye effect?

OR you can take the top section of hair on the top of her head and kindof tease it and bobby-pin it back, curling the rest of her hair.

Wow that's really sweet :] I'm sure she's one lucky girl ha ha. I think that's a great idea. Maybe you can take her somewhere gorgeous at night or something. okay so i always get really itchy like when im trying to go to sleep.

and like i can't get to sleep because of it. and it really gets me annoyed so like i'll scratch really hard and like i have a bruise on my arm from scratching and all kinds of little cuts on my ankle because of it.

The raised lines that it leave are normal reactions to being scratched :] try it on your arm, you'll see. It helps to not think about it. I know that whenever I think about itching I DO itch. Try some sort of lotion/skin cream if this doesn't work. And of course, you can always go to the doctor if you think somethings wrong with you. :] goodluck!

i had my belly button pierced, and it got infected and was falling out,like tiny piece holding it there. So i pulled it out and ripped the skin off. well my belly button has been red ever since.
But my question is if my belly button was infected does that mean id still have it in my system??

No, I don't believe so. Your belly button is your skin, so it wouldn't have an effect on all the stuff on your inside :]
i asked my mom if she could take me to my boyfriends house, and she said no so i started to flip out at her. so i called my boyfriend and said sorry i cant getta ride there. and he said why so i explained to him what my mom said. and then my mom grabbed the portable outta my hand and threw it out the window. then she said "give me your cell phone" i threw a fit and ran upstairs and locked my door and texted my boyfriend saying "my moms going physco, shes taking my cell away, ily" and then i went to my bed to 'fake cry' "dont take my cell away stop it!" and she knocked my door down, and started crying "laura, i cant tell you why, but i need your cell phone, i cant tell you, ou wouldnt understand, i cant tell you, im sorry" and she started sobbing on me andi started crying on her, so i took my battery out i was like fine.. here. and she was liek "i need the whole phone!" andi threw another fit and she just left with half of my phone... does anyone have any idea whats going on? my mom never asks me for anything and she always gives me what i want.. but whats happening!???
Hm....wow. That sounds pretty weird. Well, I can't tell you what's going on, because I'm not your mom. I suggest you talk to her in a normal tone of voice. Do NOT throw any more fits. If anything, you want to show her you're mature enough to handle whatever news she "can't tell you". She'll be more likely to open up. I've actually had a few of these moments myself, with my mom.
