I am 14/f and i'm gonna admit. i am not skinny. i am not too overweight, and by no means obese. maybe the farthest thing from it. but i am always soooo self concious! iabsolutelyhateit.
i want to lose weight. but i just don't have the drive... until i lose some weight, how can i keep from being self concious???
Hmm, the best thing you should deffinetly do , is NOT THINK ABOUT IT. Thinking about it will just make you more self concious! If you want to loose weight , take it step by step . So one day try 20-40 minutes of exercise and eat more healthy foods. If you need inspriration , think about the success you will have in even as short as a week!

The best thing you should do , is if you have oily skin use benzyl peroxide 5%, it will dry your skin and reduce the amount of sebum on your epidermis! Also, try Oil absorbing pads, those work great!

Some nights i get these straining feelings in my calves anyway i get them every once in a while like if i work out that day and i didnt stretch enough...but i havent worked out in like a week and i have been getting them a lot more than usual...they really hurt...it feels like someone is trying to pull my muscle out, i have to stand on my leg squeeze my calf hard before it stops. there is an after ache and it lasts days later....does anyone know what this pain is, how it is caused and how to prevent or minimize it?thanx!

If your muscles havent been used to much, then they need time to get back into routine.
So give it some time . If that doesnt work , then you may have strained or pulled a muscle.
But the best thing to do is maybe soak it in hot water to loosen the muscle.

i run almost everyday, between 1-2 miles plus i walk 1-2 miles.
in my right outer thigh, it hurts like HELL. like where the muschle is. what can i do to make this feel better so i can run or what could it be?
and i stretch everytime i run.
You might have pulled a muscle!
The best thing to do is to put it in hot water, to loosen it up and if that doesnt help , I advise you see a doctor or to get a ct scan to see how the muscle is performing.

ABSOULELY NO! You will deffinetly not loose weight.
Your body works like a mind, if it doesnt get food for a long time It starts to think its never going to get food again, so the next time you do eat your body will store it as fat , thinking its not going to get more food.So the best thing to do is eat a healthy 3 meals and 2 snacks and yes drink plenty of water!

In about the last month, I have gained 10 pounds unexpectedly. It's the summer, and I guess I have been eating more than I usually do and more junk food than usual. However, college starts at the end of August, and I want to lose 10 pounds by then. What is a healthy way to do this that will effectively make me lose the weight?
One of the best things to do is cut down your portions. Portion control is everything.
So dont completely deprive yourself of what you like , just eat less of it less often.
Eat healthier foods for meals and snacks such as pretzels and fruit.Also try to exercise 30-60 minutes a day maybe about 3-4 a week.
Such as walking , jogging, running, pilates etc.

ok well im going to try the no carbohydrates diet, i no its not healthy but i need to loose weight fast. but what i need to no is what food it out there with no carbohydrates in it? because i cant seem to find any food without carbohydrates. and if i stick to this diet. when will i begin to see results?

Well, There arent many foods out there without carbohydrates.
But if your going to be on a low carb diet, they most foods low in carbs are higher in fat.
So try to balance it out.
A good food that has no carbs and is low in fat is grilled chicken , some veggies are low in carbs too.
So dont deprive yourself of carbs, just dont eat as much white bread and white pasta and cake etc.
Work on whole grains and protein too!

OK, can anyone give me their personal experiences or advice about knowing if someone likes you? Yes, I did google "flirting" and I understood all that. but, the person I am talking about is my best friends husband. He has done all those things they gave me in knowing the signals, but, at the same time, for some reason I dont think he likes me in that way. Well, This is what I think.
I've noticed in time that guys dont take things as seriously as us girls.
They tend to not realize what they are saying and doing and dont realize the effects they are leaving.
So , he probably is just being friendly about things unless he starts to get completely personal

I'm kind of "addicted" to Gatorade. Everytime we go to the store, I buy it. And, instead of buying cokes to keep around the house like I use to, I now buy Gatorade.. and drink atleast 1 a day. Ok, my question is.. Is Gatorade bad for you? And is drinking this much harmful? Should I cut down on any/all/how much?
Well gatorade is a great source of energy and if you use that enegery, then its great!
But , it also has alot of sugar.
So keep your portions lower.

Well, its impossible.
The truth is, eating after 7pm is just a myth.
Calories are calories no matter when you eat them!
But make sure you eat enough in the day time , like a healthy breakfast and keep yourself satisfied because starving yourself will just ruin your metabolism .

Hey , well a good way to satisfy your hunger without over indulging is maybe picking on foods such as pretzels or fruit or even dry cereal.
Also, you may just be thirsty. Sometimes you get a hunger feeling just from being thirsty, so try drinking more water and see if that helps!
