self concious

I am 14/f and i'm gonna admit. i am not skinny. i am not too overweight, and by no means obese. maybe the farthest thing from it. but i am always soooo self concious! iabsolutelyhateit.
i want to lose weight. but i just don't have the drive... until i lose some weight, how can i keep from being self concious???

also, if you have any info on good ways to lose weight/have a drive to lose the weight, i'd apreciate that too!!!.

Hmm, the best thing you should deffinetly do , is NOT THINK ABOUT IT. Thinking about it will just make you more self concious! If you want to loose weight , take it step by step . So one day try 20-40 minutes of exercise and eat more healthy foods. If you need inspriration , think about the success you will have in even as short as a week!

i so know where ur coming from! im so self concious too..but i always have to think..god made me this way and thats how he wants me. and i motivate myself to do excercises and eat healthy. Im very athletic but i always feel bigger than my friends. Just tell yourself that you look great. Hope I helped!! :]

buy clothes that are great for your body type and before you go out in a public place tell your self you look good and dont forget to smile cause they're contagious:)

Just dont bring urself down everytime you look in the mirror. Try to forget about your weight but at the same time try to prevent it. Just dont even think about what you look like because there are obese people out there and probably tons of overweight girls.
