Lately, I have been having really bad food cravings. Im not fat, 110 pounds, but I think that if I keep eating, I will be fat. I was wondering if there is a good way to kick the cravings. Thanks!

Also, dont drink diet sodas.
Like diet pepsi, or diet coke, etc.
Because they have something in it that will make you crave sugar later.

If you dont take car of your body now ill effect you in the future. Look it up you`ll see. But you have to go cold turkey. The more you feed the craving the craving will live longer. Its the only quick way. Maybe buy something thats sweetish but healthy. Fuirt? [ No_such_thing_as_self's advice column | Ask No_such_thing_as_self A Question ]

pootietang answered Wednesday July 26 2006, 2:21 am: Drink lots of water. Flavored water works, too. You'll feel full when you really aren't. Also, eat slowly. It takes 20 minutes after eating to realise you're full, so if you eat more slowly, you'll feel full much more quickly.
