Q: A friend of mine has recently put on some extra weight, yet she continues to wear the same clothes that are obviously to small for her. While in her bathing suit she said she didn't understand why it was so small, and that it must have shrunk. I don't know if she realizes the truth or if she is in denial.

I am her good friend, should I tell her the truth of what I am thinking, and if so how do I do it without hurting her feelings?

id tell her..,how is the question tho..right?? try telling her..."(name) we are really good friends and i dont wanna hurt you, but i have noticed that it looks like you put on a little weight..." or something along those lines...

ive heard that people drink warm hunney with water and that helps ur throat n vocal cords. if that doesnt work then u could try searching it maybe..id like to help more but im not a singer and i dont really know but ive heard that a lot of ppl drink the warm hunney and water....hope i helped :)

one of the best ways to loose weight (no matter what dr.s say) is walking...walking has got to be the best exercise and you can loose like 10lbs in just one week alone...so just walk around a little bit each day and u should see a difference soon :)

Just ignore them for a bit. then they will see that u are serious and that u want them to stop. then things should get better...:)

i know what ur going thru. honestly ive done the same..ive gone to the hospital over it too..it can turn into a bad problem. you gotta try and take ur anger/pain out on either a doll, stuffed animal, pillow, or even a punching bag...i know this may not sound good to readers but if u cut n rip them it really helps lol..anways, hope i helped some and plz try n stop....

i went through that same thing. i would call him and explain how you feel, and tell him that u understand that he needs to gain trust...just call n let him know...=0)

I think you should talk to him. Its great that u trust ur boyfriend and all but i really think you should talk to him about it. Its never good keeping things that really bother you to yourself. Hopefully he will understand and respect how you feel =o) good luck! hope i help some...=o)

This is pretty normal for someone to want to be more than just friends with a close friend. I suggest that you tell her how you feel and explain that you still want to always be friends with her no matter what no matter how weird it may be for a while if she doesnt like you back.
