wrestling hey im a wrestler and i weigh 158lbs i need to lose at the very minimum 6lbs to make weight for the season im in football and that is helping im trying to wrestle 155 this year and i need to lose the weight and keep it off so if u know how tell me pleast thanks if u wanna, im me at spudbutt33

try goin to the ymca or a local gym, if you work out there it will deffiantley help you! also try joggingor walkin around your neighborhood, that shoiuld help too!

one of the best ways to loose weight (no matter what dr.s say) is walking...walking has got to be the best exercise and you can loose like 10lbs in just one week alone...so just walk around a little bit each day and u should see a difference soon :) ]
if youre a wrestler, then you should know that when you practice for wrestling and when you wrestle, you lose a lot of weight.
so if you have wrestled before, you can practice whenever you can and that might do it for you ]
i depends on how long you have, i dont know when wrestling season stars but around here its not for a while so just workout or crap or something ]
