i dont have a problem not eating fat foods..its hard for me but its working out i dont know what to do. i want to slim my thighs and waist. is their some good exercies that i can do anytime during the day that will work fast if i do them daily?
well cruunches will give you abs. pull ups will give you tricept muscles. but for losing weight on your tighs and your waist you should try doing bear crawls..
here are the instructions for doing it:
CRAWLING ON YOUR LEGS AND ARMS, WITH THEM ALMOST PERFECTLY STRAIGHT.
WALK AROUND ON YOUR LEGS AND ARMS.. for a long distance.. YOU WILL FEEL THE BURN.. BUT IT PAYS OF BIG TIME.

You dont sound like a slut, AT ALL. but yeah a lot of girls get called sluts (and they dont do anything sluttish) becuse of the clothes they were. Or if they tend to flirt with guys, other girls will call you a slut because they are probably jelous. Its weird but its only a sign of their insecurity.=] Be nice to everyone and dont get mad and show how sad they are making you when they call you this. Just smile and say "whatever" or "ok?" and they will eventually stop and relize its doing absolutely nothing.

There is a bar at the top of your screen when you log into it. Click music and search for the song you want in the search box.. when you go to the bands myspace, click add song when its playing, it says add song right next to the song name in the play box.

There's really not a category for my questiion so I appologize in advance. Anyway, I've had freckles on my face for as long as I can remember. As a kid, everybody thought it was cute, including girls, but I didn't want anything to do with them obviously in 2nd grade or whatever. Now that I'm in college, I don't think that people, including myself, really think freckles are cute anymore. I dont have problems with acne, and I'm in pretty good shape. Do any girls out there think that freckles are a cute thing?

there are special razors for unwanted hair. I think you should try using Nair. Supposedly its good for hair all around your body, and it doesnt grow back for months... Or you could try getting it waxed every few months.

I usually just wear band shirts and jeans...studded belt or checkers. i have black hair but its natuarally dirty blond...

Well since you have black hair I think you should try wearing darker colors, just not completly black. Like for example a cute and comfortable navy blue sweater (v-cutt) and skinny jeans from pac sun or abercrombie and fitch (there jeans fit very well)

WELL i personally dont think its not a good idea. People might get a bad impression of you and that wouldnt be goood at all. So i think you shouldn't cut yourself.Find other ways to solve your problems other than hurting or cutting yourself. You might like it now but it will effect you in the future. Like maybe not being able to get into college or get into certain activites if they see your arm and its all scratched up. I dont know I just really dont think its a goood idea! Well there are a lot of perfumes that smell really good. I really like the perfume midnight by Britney Spears and I also like pink sugar.. but the ones that stay on really well tend to cost more =] Sephora has A LOT of perfumes.
Deoderant that I personally think works.. is secret gel(anti persprate) and as weird as this sounds i wear mens deoderant becuase i think it smells really good and it protects from sweat and stink VERY well.=]

I think you should, with your body type and figure, try looking for a slim dress that fits your body(slim and sleek). If your flat try using a push up bra to help hold your dress up. Colors for your skin and hair color would probably be brown, tan or light pink. Using black or really dark colors can make you look REALLY pale. But do whatever you think looks great. you should wear something you feel looks best.=D

No you're not over weight.. usually girls (at the age of thirteen) get a little bit "plumper" before they hit a huge growth spert. That usually means that you are going to be tall and lean! But if your really self concious about your appearance (and im sure its really not that bad) you can go on a healthy diet.

Ok, I'll start off by saying I'm in college and I've only really had one real relationship in college that lasted about 6 months. There's this girl across the room in class that I think keeps looking at me and I think is really cute and nice, but we never seem to make eye contact (we have a couple times though). She doesn't have facebook or myspace, so I cant tell if she has a boyfriend or not and I'm too shy to just go up and talk to her. I found out though that she's graduating in May (I'm here for another year), so I have 2 problems; I dont really know what to say to her or how to approach her. And time is of the essence, because I really want to talk to her before she leaves to see if something comes of it. How can I just go up and approach her? Okay well from a girl's perspective, I think you should write her a note if your too nervous to go up and talk to her. I know how you feel. I am usually too scared to go up and talk to someone I like. But just keep in mind.. going up to her really isn't a big deal if you think about it. This maybe the only chance to get to know her and possibely date her! So i would defentely take talking to her into consideration.=] Who knows, maybe she is into you to. If you want to approach her, then I suggest going up to her and say "Hey, whats up?" Maybe ask her what classes shes taking. and most likely you will start a really good conversation and get to know each other. BUT be sure to smile a lot and make eye contact! Smelling good is also great=). Just to throw this in there... girls like it when guys use cute and nice to describe them (usually not hot or sexy) haha.
