I think that you should just run around outside it is actually better and you can get a tan, lol, well if you don't want to do that your machine is called a treadmill they cost around 300 dollars. I hope I helped you!

ok last night i think i slept the whole night on my stomach but when i woke up like my pubic bone was sore but when i turned on my side it wasnt hurting anymore and there isnt a bruise or anything and it kinda scared me? does anyone know what it was or what happened? im thinking mabye it was just a nerve ending or i cut off the blood circulation to there when i was sleeping on my tummy please help!

My girlfriend is a quite beautiful girl. And I know she knows she's beautiful. She's also pretty damn confident. But, for some reason it seems like she's insecure around me. My friend lies a lot! I can't stand it! And it's not the little stuff either! She would tell you she's dieing and then let you believe that for like 5 months! And then she'd lie to cover it up. I got a couple bleach spots on my FAVORITE pants. Not only are they my favorite pants, they're like the only ones I own that actually fit me and they weren't that cheap either! Is there anything I can do to them to either get the bleach spot to go away, or a way I can "ware" them so that it looks as though they were made that way? I don't like the whole staining in coffee or tea thing so that's completely out of the question. But is there anything else I can do to bring my pants back to life? =( Thanks.

i have to give 2 presentations at school. One on tuesday for history and another on wednesday for health. im sooo afraid. i am 18 years old and have been doing school presentations forever but no matter how many times i do them or no matter how much i practice and prepare ahead of time, i get up in front of the class and my voice shakes a million times a minute and im so embarrased and scared and just want to die! no matter how calm i am before i go up there, once i face the class, im done. what can i do to help me with this??

Well, I think u should eat healthier, exercise, walk/run outside every day try to drink a whole bunch of water because it helps a lot... also if it is raining inside there is a game that I love playing called Dance Dance Revolution that is a pretty good workout... or you could just rent a workout video I hope I helped you ! :)
