Goodwill. Or yard sales. Or you could steal it, or make your own clothes. Making your own clothes means you are so cool, you don't need designer clothes. And someday, if you keep practicing, and if you believe in yourself, you can have your own big name fashion label. Yeah, I think making your own clothes is definitely the way to go.
