...i play soccer a lot and im kinda busy...i realli wanna be able to do like back walkovers and stuff...without coaches...can u give me like TONS of tips that would help me learn how?? thanx
Gymnastics is a whole lot of fun.. and soccor def. gives you the abilitly with endurance and flexibility.. *Back arch.. lay on your back and put your hands over your head and bend them so your elbows are facing the ceiling.. push up and you should be in a back arch.. This leads to a backwalk over.. when your in the back arch try kicking off your most powerful leg and lift the one leg up.. you should flip head over heals and land up.. keep your arms locked the entire time.. not to tight that they can hurt.. bend a little but not too much that youll land on your face.. *Aerial.. A cartwheel with no hands.. if you know how to do a cartwheel an aerial is pretty easy.. Start practicing running cart wheels and give a little lunge when you go into it .. start doing one handed cartwheels and eventually you can start doing aerials if you get enough power.. if u need anymore tips u can ask me on my site http://advicenators.com/column.php?u=pArIs%20mArIe

(im 14 by tha way)Okay three years ago i met this guy..i went crazy for him..we went out for 3 months n i found out he had played me when i was on vaca. well i dumped him..then we went out fer another month or so n broke up again..because i had found out he had tried to play me with my friend hannah! well tha year after that i irnored him completly..i couldnt stand him afta everything he put me through..well he went to a different school tha rest of tha year. then just last school u he was back..at first i wouldnt talk to him then i cracked. we went out fer a week n broke up then went out fer 2 months n broke up again. After that we had gotten in fights didnt talk fer a few weeks started to talk again got REALLY close..that just kept happening tha last 4 months of school. Well then my dream came true he asked me to go with him to our 8th grade dance. I was sooo happy n excited! well a day b4 tha dance i asked him if we were still on fer tha dance n he said "sure...but..im guna hang out n dance with other girls!" i got so mad! so i decided last minute to tell him i was going with sum friends..at that dance he came up hugged me n said u look sooo good tonight! i think he was wanting me to say aww thanks dance with me!! but instead i said yeah i know! n just kinda pushed him away...i felt so great!!! him n my bff have been on n off fer tha past year and a half. Right now she is totally crazy for him. and i know he is just going to end up hurting her again but newayz they talk on ths phone all tha time n she was on tha phone with him tha other day when i was over n he was calling me a b*itch (dont know if we can swear on this website?ol) skut hoe n stuff...i got sooo mad..then every so often he would ask my bff "did she say nething bout me yet??!" he is sucha jerk..and i know hes just doing that becausee i dont like him..but he also left me to really nasty msg's on my cell phone. i want to say sumthing but im not sure because this fall he is going to tha same highschool as me and i dont want to have any trouble! what should i do?!!?!? plz help thanx! xo0ox!!
This guy is obviously not over you.. he wants your attention and you did the RIGHT thing by not taking up to his player habbits.. once a player.. ALWAYS a player.. You need to straighten things out with him though, make a truce and if hes gunna be a jerk about it an talk behind your back, then just ignore him.. i know you dont wanna start trouble.. i think it is very low of him to talk to your bff and i hope she stands up for you when he talks about u.. HE WANTS YOUR ATTENTION, do not give him any reason to believe your gunna give it back (thast exactly what he wants!) lol yes im tan.. when i lay out i use the Banana Boats Dark Tanning Oil to get darker.. and if i want to get burned(which eventually turns into tan) i use baby oil and iodine (a mixture) and when i burn i put skim milk on my skin to soothe the burn.. Have Fun in the sun!!!

To start your own babysitting business you can put flyers up around your neighborhood and around your town.. On the flyers you should include how to get ahold of you, what you are doing, (not necessary but if you want to you can put how much you are charging.) Another good thing you can do is put an ad in the newspaper it costs money to do it, but it pays off in the end when people pay you to watch their kids. Good Luck.. hope i helped

One thing you shouldnt do no matter what is become bulimic or anorexic.. do not stick your finger down your throat and do not stop eating.. they are NOT healthy.. What you CAN do is exercise daily and keep a healty diet.. Cut back on sweet foods and junk, eat 3 balanced meals a day...I know it sounds complelty stupid but it works you got to follow the food pyramid.. Instead of drinking soda pop with your meals drink juice boxes, water, or milk.. that plays a MAJOR role in weight loss also that many people dont know about.. When you exercise take walks maybe jog a little bit do things around the house that take more effort.. If your REALLY desperate you can use slim fast.. its a very good program they have meal bars, snack bars, drinks, etc. If you stick to that diet it can work. Atkins diet isnt too healthy because you need carbs to live.. many people have died from that.. but it does give you rapid weight loss in a small amount of time.. Dont compeltly cut out carbs but you CAN lower down the amount of carbohydrates you have a day.. Hope i helped good luck!:)

Dye always kills the hair, all dye no matter what.. a good shampoo and conditioner will rejevuante your hair.. Blow drying your hair is gunna burn it a little too.. There are products that you can put on your hair when its damp before you dry it that wont burn it.. ask your stylist about those kind of products too i got mine from there (Vavoom Energizer)... 14 is a very young age to be sexually active..more than likely they WONT stay toghether.. you cant tell her what to do.. but you can tell her how you feel and the risks she is taking for being at such a young age (pregnancy, STD'S,) TeLL her how you feel its the only thing you can do.. tell her not to do something she know she will REGRET in a couple years...
Hi everyone, I'm a 14/f, and i'm unsure of what to do. For the past year or so I've been really passionate about wanting to become an actress when I grow up. I've loved acting and pretending all my life, and last year i decided i wanted to make it my career. I told all my friends and my parents, and now they're all rooting me on to become and actress. Here's the trouble. Lately, I've been losing passion in it. Not that I wouldn't like to act, but i think I've decided that I don't want to spend years and years hoping for a break in Hollywood. I've decided that I want go into modeling for two reasons 1.) i don't think i'm gorgeous, but i think i'm pretty enough where I could do it and become (hopefully) famous. 2.) Modeling sometimes leads into acting jobs. what do you think? Should I keep up my 'dream' of becoming an actress, or should I embrace the new dream of becoming a model?

OK theres a cute girl from work, we started outflirting till i knew she had a bf. We still flirted and started hanging out more than she was with her bf. i found out he's a complete dick to her and shes tried breaking up with him 5 times but he's manipulative. In the duration of our friendship she fooled me into thinking she broke up with him when they were really just breaks. One night after work we just hang out at a park talkign, she kisses me, and i hesitate so she thinks i didnt want to. Next morning i take her home and she apologizes later that day, when i really wanted the kiss. Month or two later i take her home late and tired and we talk, wrestle a little bit, the before i know it i initiate a make out session. She stops a couple times to say you do realize this is cheating right KNowing her bf i didnt care so we continued. next morning she says its a mistake and soon she claims she loves her bf. Anyway i tell like 2 people at work i trusted and word got round to her so she doesnt really talkto me anymore. OH yeah two days later she broke up with her bf for real. I truly like her i think what do i do?

I love to dance..a lot..i do ballet ..pointe shoe...and i do tap, but i have another passion..i love to act and do commercials. when i was younger i audtionend for an agent and got one, i then was on sesame street..for a couple of years and i did comercials. but when i was 6 or 7... i had to quit. now tht i am at a higher age i want to enroll in that type thing...but i do to much dancing, and my mom is making me choose ..what do i do?

I know how you feel with acting.. ive been doing it since i was a baby.. A thing with it is though, it is much easier to open the door for acting when you are younger.. dancing will get you verrry far.. it seems like you are into it alot.. choosing seems very hard because you have a passion for both.. (*~performing arts*~) acting and dancing are much alike.. stick with dancing if you do it alot, you have a very good chance, you portray something when you dance so therefore youre basically acting while dancing.. goOd LucK

If She gest into counseling they will help her and give her substitues to cutting.. a Counselor will help her with her emotional problems and get her to maybe not stop the cutting, but lack off on it.. You have to tell someone i know you dont want her to get upset about telling someone, but she will really understand that you are just looking out for her as a friend..explain to her how much you care about her and dont want to see her hurt anymore and thast why you had to tell someone.. she might be upset for al ittle bit... but you are saving her from a lot of pain..
