i really wanna lose liek 15 lbs. what can i do ??? plz help im desperate

It depends where you want to see the difference. Different exercises target different areas. I suggest your standard jogging, and crunches. Jogging is a great choice, because it targets many areas: biceps, calves, butt, tummy and so on and so forth. Do these regularly, and I suggest looking for tips and ideas on line. Just make sure you do the exercise correctly or it won't have an affect at all [some excerises are harmful if done incorrectly]. Also, a healthy diet can do wonders if you stick to it. Goodluck. I know the Perfect way 2 lose weight its so easy all u have 2 o u buy a book and do the diet its call "SOUTH BEACH DIET" and just a little running will do the trick and u will lose ur 15Ibs.

8.) Sometimes in magazines they have a way to lose weight, try looking in magazines.

Okay, what ever you do, DONT GO RUNNING! Fast walk if you want! It's better for your body and it won't discourage you! Chances are you can't run a 4 miles but walking them isn't so bad. Also, look up the diet called "The South Beach Diet" It was originally intended for people with Sugar Diabetes, but my mother and I went on it and I lost 14 pounds now, and after a week and a half I lost 11. It is a lot of hard work, I'm not going to lie to you, but it's so worth it in the end. You don't have to be 100% strict on it. Have a sandwhich here and there. Or an ice cream. Or have a few sodas. But for the most part you have to follow it. Good luck to you! If I can do (which I have basically NO WILL POWER!!) so can you!

The best thing you can do is eat healthy and do lots of exercise, stay busy, and don't sit around alot ]
well you dont really have to go on a diet .. im a cheerleader and i lose like alot of weight i only weigh 90 pounds so i would say you can like try out to be a cheerleader or just do exercise

okay. since like 75% of your body is water, you should drink a lot of water ( like 8 or more glasses a day) to flush more out of your system. then you should start an excersize schedule that includes cardio and aerobic excersize. ]
climb up a hole buch of stairs.. over and over... l0l.. i did that when i was on vaca and i lost 10 pounds.. l0l.. yea.. so ... do that.. ]
One thing you shouldnt do no matter what is become bulimic or anorexic.. do not stick your finger down your throat and do not stop eating.. they are NOT healthy.. What you CAN do is exercise daily and keep a healty diet.. Cut back on sweet foods and junk, eat 3 balanced meals a day...I know it sounds complelty stupid but it works you got to follow the food pyramid.. Instead of drinking soda pop with your meals drink juice boxes, water, or milk.. that plays a MAJOR role in weight loss also that many people dont know about.. When you exercise take walks maybe jog a little bit do things around the house that take more effort.. If your REALLY desperate you can use slim fast.. its a very good program they have meal bars, snack bars, drinks, etc. If you stick to that diet it can work. Atkins diet isnt too healthy because you need carbs to live.. many people have died from that.. but it does give you rapid weight loss in a small amount of time.. Dont compeltly cut out carbs but you CAN lower down the amount of carbohydrates you have a day.. Hope i helped good luck!:)
