i really want to lose weight over christmas break, any suggestions on how i can do that??? i have ddr, and i can do workout mode, but how many calories does that generally burn?? it says i burnt like 300 calories in just one game thing, but i don't know how that can be right. any suggestions? i have ddr also . and the calories that it says it burns is the truth.lol well this is a great question since i just lost 13 pounds!! okay i did crunches every night. and i cut my food portions in half. i shortened my sweets down. beleive me i still eat sweets, just not 24/7 lol dancing is said to be the best way of losing weight, so i did and i lost weight. those are some suggestions. i hope i helped!!

theres this guy i like.. and im kind of a shy person, but i act differently outside of school. or unless im good friends with you. im outgoing and junk, but only to people im comfortable with and good friends with. how do i become more outgoing? or should i just accept the way i am? or.. i dunno. cause theres this guy i like whos pretty popular, and im not a loser not popular either..... soo yeah. and alot of times im kinda shy to talk around him or may say something stupid. and sometimes i give him side glances in school.. maybe i shouldnt do that but hes so fun to look at! anyways, what can i do to get him to like me? or any guy, in general. hes pretty nice to me now, but i havent really had many full conversations with him or anything. i guess its also because im shy, and i want to go away from him but at the same time be around him. ackk and we both do sports.. like today i saw him at a bball match and i saw him and im like "omg!" but i didnt say hi or anything.. cause what if he found out i like him! arrg an sometimes i dunno what to talk about when theres nothing really going on. soo.. any suggestions to anything i said? thanksss! you honestly should just go talk to him.there was this guy i liked and i was very nervous because he was so nice and i was outgoing ..and stuff.one day i just talked to him ...and now i'm dating him. just talk to the guy. he'll admire your confidence. guys like girls with confidence...just not too much..lol

i know a lot of lawyers that used to get B's and i know a lot of good doctors who have gotten b"s . just don't go below b"s
but listen, there are other schools that are excellent besides harvard and yale. like for example , i want to go to juilliard college in new york. it's really hard to get in. and i make b"s so it's okay.you can still go to any college you want to go to if you work hard and keep on getting the grades that you are getting now.

honey, listen i know exactly how you feel. i'm 16 and i'm still waiting for the perfect guy to come along,but i honestly don't think that the perfect guy will be at your highschool.lolbe yourself and don't look for a guy.let them come to you. i know you probably hear that a lot, but it's true. i did , and now i have guys that i have to reject. but if you act yourself and make sure that your not superficial, then you could be more picky with guys.just be yourself.

it wouldn't be wrong. if this guy is your friend then you should hang out with him. your boyfriend should trust you enough for you to hang out with other guys. if he doesn't then you shouldn't be with him.lol

Okay, so I'm in strings and I'm 1st chair of the 2nd violin sections. Well in Pat-A-Pan a cellist starts her solo then the violist comes in with his solo then I come in with my solo then the whole section joins then he 1st violin section joins.
Well, it's a 10measure rest in 2/2 and it's hard to count without getting off tract for me and so I rely on the conductor to cue me. She knows that I rely on her to cue me each time and she did in class and practices and rehearsals. Well, we had 2 concerts in 2 days and the first concert, she cued me like always. The last one, she didn't cue me at all and I was like uh oh. I screwed this one up--cause I wasn't counting as usual. The conductor didn't even tell me that she wasn't going to cue me and my conductor usually cues each time there is a rest that's more than 5 measures long. And so everyone was blaming me for messing it up and all that jazz
But was it totally my fault for not counting or is it also partially the conductors fault for the whole mix up? (link)

okay i'm in band so i think i can help you....lol
i have a concert today and i have a solo.if he doesn't cue me then it is still my fault for not counting. of course he should cue me like he always does, but if he doesn't, then i have to count in order to play in time.
so just count ,because your gonna have to know how to count especially in violin(i also play violin.)just count and you'll do fine.there will be many a time when she won't cue you because sh'e cuing some other section. she probably though that you could handle counting it yourself.you can do it.lol but it was partly your fault.

So for my school talent show, I was thinking about singing a song while playing the song on piano. I was considering doing the song "Cruz" by Christina Aguilera. So, I went on musicnotes.com because that's where I usually get most of my piano music. But, every type of sheet music I could buy that was for the song "Cruz" had the song melody (the singing part) in the piano score. I'd prefer it if the piano music was just the accompaniment part. For example, if you listen to the song on Christina Aguilera's CD, there is a separate piano part and she is singing, and that's the kind of music I want. The trouble is, I've been searching for it and all of the piano books and sheet music I've looked in don't have that kind of music. I'm looking for the type of music that you would have if you were in a chorus or choir where the piano is separate from the singing melody. So, what is the name of that kind of piano music so I can search for it? Or, does anyone know where I could find that kind of music? Sorry I know this question is kind of confusing lol but if anyone who knows about music could answer my question, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks soo much. :-) (link)

a lot of tennagers and older women get this same description including myself. it's called a yeast infection.it can occur from doing well anything. if you wash your vajj too much or not enough then you'll get a yeast infection. don't worry about it . if you want you could go see a gyno. they won't hurt you.i promise. it'll probably just be uncomfortable and a little strange.

like every baby. every preganancy is different. i've asked lots of women about their pregnancies,and they have told me,that every childbirth is not the same. hopefully this baby won't make you as sick then again it might not make you get sick at all.that's why pregnancy is a wonderful and surprising thing. you'll never know what will happen.

when you said i always expect my period before 15 days, did you mean that your period came before the 15th??
oh and is your cervical mucus white because if it's white, then you probably have a yeast infection.give me some more details and i'll see if i can help you.

Ok, 13/F. All my friends have had a minumum of 3 boyfriends before and I havent had any. Now, I really like this one guy and some of my friends says he likes me but I cant tell. Like Ill say simple things and theyll be like thats a good sign and Id be confused. Like, everytime I wait outside his class (cause we are in practically the same classes and all my classes are right after his so im always standing there outside the doors) hed spot me and give me this huge smile and playfully stick out his toungue and id act all shocked and he'd laugh a little. Whenever hes around us during recess we always talk and stuff privatley also we always like joke around. Hes put his arm around me a few times and defends me whenever someone calls me a flirt or a looser. We email eachother and stuff. it could be protrayed as either a boyfriend wannabe or a best friend. i think personally that you should go for it. judging by my past experiences with guys anf flirting with me , though i've only had one boyfriend, is that i think that he might like you. then again he might just think of you as a good friend. just trust your instincts. the worst he could say is no i don't like you like that. then that's the end of it. just make sure you guys stay friends.

So i am a freshman in high school and of course there is gunna be drama!! Well there are a few guys that I like and am not sure if they feel the same way!! I can tell that they like to hang around me but the problem is i can't tell if they want to hang out outside of school as more than friends!! For example, this one guy in my english and biology class (guy1) he is athletic but he seems to flirt with me all the time and tease me! See i am on the Varsity drill team which is a big deal for a freshman to make and he always puts on my cowboy hat that we have to wear as part of our uniform for drill team. He does it just as a joke and he will always make me chase him around to get it which i think is sooo cute. But anyways he talks to me a lot in class but we never see eachother outside of class what should I do?
Then There is (guy#2)he is in my frech class and he is new to the school! I figured out he lives in my neighborhood and he also teases me about drill team. He even made up this hilarious dance and song about it. He isn't very hott but i think he is really nice. so i dont know what to do about him either.
Okay now another guy which is kind of mysterious (guy #3)but he is so cute. He is also in my english class and we have actually never talked alone but still he is so much fun to look at. That is basically all about he besides he is hott and I have caught him looking at me across the room because our desks are turned into eachother. Then there is my ex-boyfriend who is kind of a jerk and I happen to just run into him in the halls all the time at school and it is so annoying. Somethimes i think i still like him but it is hard to tell because i am so mad at him. I would rather just forget about him and pertend he didn't exist but everytime i see him he gives me a high five for waves at me! ugh he is so immature too! I dont see how i ever like him! Well that is about it I would really like some advice on what I should do or what guys u think like me or what things i should do so they know that I like them too! ok guy number one:judging by his actions..he does think you're awesome. he might like you actually he probably does.remember guys tease you because they like you..not always the case..but it is in this one.
guy number 2:rememeber looks arent everything. if he's nice and sweet then definately take that into consideration. he's seems like a fun guy to be around and beleive me you'll want more than looks in a relationship.
guy #3:hm....i think you should learn more about him.....just because he looks at you doesn't mean that he likes you...he could be thinking about something and was just focusing on something..or someone..
don't worry about your ex-boyfriend. if he's a jerk then ignore him..
finally what i'm trying to say is that you should make a pro con list.of each guy. then whoever you know the most about or has more pros than cons....then that's the person you should try and get to know a little more better.
you have a very good chance of getting someone.

when you're looking for ways to forgive yourself...in the topic of bad parenting...you could go to your child or person...inwhich you need forgiving. just talk to the person...and make them realize that no one is perfect. everybody makes mistakes.always forgive yourself. everyone has the power to change.you shouldn't worry about forgiving yourself..just try to change..for the better

ok. well in class my teacher who is kinda old droped some pop sickle sticks and i decided to pick them up for him and i pick them all up and give them to him. these stick were under an all guys table and they were all laughing for some reason and this guy ray grabed my arm and said my teacher was looking at my butt and stuff and the whole table of guys were laughing. now i didnt really believ it becuz 1. im not a **** and i dont wear the short short skirts. and 2 i was at an angle so i didnt think he saw anything but why were they laughing?? my brother is the same way at times...he gets moody and only plays sports. and plays tons of videogames..he gets in trouble with his teachers..now listen it could be because of the dad. if a lot of trauma happens infamily life , it could result in depression.i lost my mom about a fewyears ago and my brother still cries so if it gets any worse let me know. but honestly he just needs someone to talk to . don't give up.try and talk to him..or get someone to talk to him...it appears to me that he has built up emotions in his body...that he has a hard time expressing in the right moments....just talk to him.
