I know that you asked this question long ago. I just now saw it. I hope that you and your baby are healthy and well. I'm sure you're even bigger now! The physicians I've worked for have always told me that women get big more quickly with their second and subsequent children because the muscles in the abdominal wall have already been stretched once and they're more lax the second time. It's not an indication of how big the baby is going to be (though s/he may be bigger than the last, statistically) and it doesn't mean you're going to be bigger in the end.

I hope your mind is more at ease by now.

Like others said before, every pregnancy is different. But I would say that you are more aware of wht pregnancy is like so you recognized the symptoms sooner. This is why it may seem as if you are bigger. I hope this helps.

like every baby. every preganancy is different. i've asked lots of women about their pregnancies, and they have told me,that every childbirth is not the same. hopefully this baby won't make you as sick then again it might not make you get sick at all.that's why pregnancy is a wonderful and surprising thing. you'll never know what will happen.

Every pregnancy is different, from symptoms, size, duration, moods, things you want to eat, things you don't etc. You really can't judge one pregnancy by any that came before. This time you could be carrying more water, a bigger baby or more than one baby. Your small size will also make a bump look larger. Without wanting to freak you, I had twins and was in maternity wear at 12 weeks as nothing else fitted me.
If you are that concerned I would suggest you have a chat with whatever doctor is looking after you. They will have seen it all before and should be able to reassure you.
Hope that helps and all goes well for you.
