what does a person do when you look for ways to forgive yourself,such as bad parenting?

when you're looking for ways to forgive yourself...in the topic of bad parenting...you could go to your child or person...inwhich you need forgiving. just talk to the person...and make them realize that no one is perfect. everybody makes mistakes.always forgive yourself. everyone has the power to change.you shouldn't worry about forgiving yourself..just try to change..for the better
