my parents say that you can't get into any good collages with 3 "A-'s" and 1 "B". if i wanted to be a lawyer, would those be good enough grades? and could i get into harvard or yale or brown or standford or really good schools?
funnyduck236 answered Wednesday December 6 2006, 4:59 pm: check out the websites and look at their requirements. this will tell you the overall percentage you need and which classes you need to take in order to be accepted. this way you will be able to focus on the classes you need as well as other classes. god-smusgrove answered Tuesday December 5 2006, 11:04 pm: those are good grades, but colleges dont just look at your report cards, they look at sat and act scores, they look at extracurriculars, even jobs, personalities and a whole bunch of things. harvard, and yale, look at grades from the day you step foot into highschool. keep up the good work, do your best and you'll have nothing to worry about.
