losing weight

i really want to lose weight over christmas break, any suggestions on how i can do that??? i have ddr, and i can do workout mode, but how many calories does that generally burn?? it says i burnt like 300 calories in just one game thing, but i don't know how that can be right. any suggestions?

i have ddr also . and the calories that it says it burns is the truth.lol well this is a great question since i just lost 13 pounds!! okay i did crunches every night. and i cut my food portions in half. i shortened my sweets down. beleive me i still eat sweets, just not 24/7 lol dancing is said to be the best way of losing weight, so i did and i lost weight. those are some suggestions. i hope i helped!!
