In my state, the legal age of consent is sixteen. So theoretically, if I was sixteen, could I legally have sex with someone who is 18? Or would that be statutory rape? Even if there's only a two year age difference, would having sex with an 'adult' be illegal?
So could I have sex with him or am I just jail bait?

If the age is 16 then you'll be ok, Its about the parents too though like your mom if she found out she might be able to press charges. But as long as you dont go back on saying that you consented to the sex u should be ok, But take it from me girl if u are a virgin right now you should wait try to wait a little longer I am not trying to be your mother or anything its just that I lost mine at a young age and always to this day wished that I had waited.....

Honestly I would of said maybe he was having a bad day and then was to busy doing something to text u back but where he deleted you off his myspace that shows he probably doesnt care to much. You should definetly talk to your mom about it, Tell her your not sexual active yet but you know about cervical cancers and other types of HPV's and you just want to be safe. I know how open u r w her.I think you should definetly talk to her about it. She should trust you more knowing that you are being honest and open with her.....I know I will when my daughter hopefuuly comes to me.

me and my cousin babysit my brothers 2 year old daughter quite often. he offered to start paying us recently. he asked us how much we wanted to be payed and we told him $20 a week for each of us. we got payed last friday but we didnt get payed this friday. he told us he would pay us every friday. i depend on this money because at the moment i dont have a job, but yes i am looking for one. it just irritates me that he hasnt paid us yet. i dont know if i should say anything to him because i dont want to get in trouble by my mom. can somebody help me figure out what to do?. thanks for you help (link)

Time out!! A minute for every year so if they are 5 5mins... No special treats for bad behavior and no tv or toys until they listen to you. If they do something wrong give them thir 5 minutes in the corner away from you guys and then after the 5 mins ask them if they know what they did wrong, and say if you do it again you will be back on time out and they wont be able to play. Stand ground show them your seroius and your not playing

Ok so I need more things to do with my friends. I mean on weekends. Like the most we do is go to the movies and then go over to my house or something afterward. What else could we do? We've had bday parties and pool parties and some movie thing where they came over and we watched movies. I don't always want to go to the movies. Sleepovers won't really work if we want to include everyone since we have guy friends too. I don't really want to spend so much money either. We usually go to a movie where its cheap like 7 dollars. Its cold so you need soemthing indoors why not go out for pizza or to friendlys...In the summer you guys could go do mini golf or to the beach...Or have out door picnics hanging out in the park... Sounds kinda corny but if your with friends thats what makes the good time

i just got mny tongue pierced 2 days ago. its still swollen, and i think it might be too far back? i kind of have to stick it out far to beable to see it. im not sure if this is because its swollen or not. will it look better once the swelling goes down? and how long does it take for the swelling to go down? I had my tongue peirced and I just made sure I took ibuprofen around the clock and didnt have to much swelling.. You also have to make sure you keep it real clean rinse with your listerine and also rinse with salt water many many times a day....It will look different after the sweeling subsides, but every tongue is different and they might of had to peirce yours a little further back because of the veins and what not in there... Give it a few more days.. Hang in there

This is weird, but something Ive always wondered about. Ive kissed and made out with plenty of guys, but usually no longer than like five minutes. I dont know where your from but the best place I know is METRO PCS They are new its 40.00 a month unlimited minutes and texts and no contract. I am not sure what phones they have but you really should look into it.. When my t mobile contract ends I am going with them for sure!!! Try to find it online so maybe you can see what phones they have.. A friend of mine told me that you hook up any phone but I ma not sure about that.......

Its hard to put it in words but its very hard first of all to do it to yourself! Practice on a doll or someone if possible....You start like a regular braid start at the crown of your hair seperate 3 peices and braid once or twice but holding the hair to the scalp..... everytime you weave the hair into the braid take hair in with it from each side.. so add hair from the right side to the weave and then braid some and then take some hair from the left and so on and so on... try to pull it together tightly so it stays.. Its easy but not easy to put it in words try to search for it on youtube.com they have everything

well so im 14, turning 15 really soon. i do not look my age at all. i look atleast 17. anyways theres this guy. i met him and he said he was 19, and i really started liking him and stuff, but later on i did find out that he really is 27, he has his reasons to lie about his age but i dont want to get into it. and i just found out his real age the other day, it shocked me to death the first day, second day pretty weird, but today im totally over it and still really like him. and we had a talk last night about us being together and me soon moving in with him when im able to move out. he still doesnt know that i know hes 27, he cant know i know, long story. but is it wrong to be in love with a 27 year old when your only 14 years old? =/ (link)

Let me tell you a little secret baby... Bertoli makes theses skillet meals they come in a bag in the frozen foods section.. Remember bertoli either the shrip scampi if he likes seafood or the chicken alfredo. It make me hungry to think about it.. They say the cook in 10 mins but I always go a little longer with the stove low letting it simmer. You dont need any oil really just some like non stck spray and let it simmer make it about a half hour before he gets there with some garlic bread (like the texas toast frozen ones) And hell love it really! They taste like a restarunt believe.! Its hard to cook dont make him chicken breast because you might make it come out dry because you dont have to much experience and it will be gross....
And for desert, make a choc cake or brownies... If you go with the cake just adda cup of chocolate pudding to it so it will be moist and get some frosting you could even throw on some sprinkles to make it look cute or write I love you!!! If you make brownie get some reeses peanut butter chips (like chocolate chips) in the bake aisle and throw those in with the brownies yum fast easy
