the company with the most touch screen phones that I know of is verizon, and they also have amazing service and good family plans... most of my friends have it and are very pleased :)
DO NOT get sprint. crappy service. crappy phones. crap. haha
AT&T is good too I've heard, but I can't tell you more than that.
I suggest going to the websites of those services (tmobile verizon and AT&T) and looking at their phones, prices and plans. it'll be the easiest way to tell which company is best.
oh, and you definitely want to go for a larger company, because you'll get more coverage in more places. haha
hope i helped!

I am not sure what phones they have but you really should look into it.. When my t mobile contract ends I am going with them for sure!!! Try to find it online so maybe you can see what phones they have.. A friend of mine told me that you hook up any phone but I ma not sure about that.......
