A lot of people tell me I'm a really outgoing person, and I'm sometimes embarrassed to agree. :) I have some of the best friends a girl could ask for, and have had an amazing boyfriend since January 1, 2009.

Well, me and my friends use pantyliners for discharge and stuff, so investing in some cheap ones is a good idea.
usually when you start getting discharge, you start your period about 6 months later. hang tight; it'll get better!

pantyliners are smaller and thinner, usually worn with a tampon or on lighter days. pads are mostly for heavier days or while sleeping (you shouldn't sleep with a tampon in.)

Our daughter is getting to try out for high school cheerleader. she goes to an extremely small school 13 girls our trying out for 10 slots
she has the smile, the motions, and jumps
her problem is she cannot run and connect her tumbling. she can start from a cart wheel and connect to a back hand spring. and go into a roundoff back handspring two.

is that a big problem if she is not going from a running start but going from a stand still cartwheel and r/off backhandsping roundoff two (link)

I went through the same thing with tryouts last year, hopefully I can help.
Mostly what the coaches are looking for is a positive attitude, good grades and good team spirit. Having jumps motions and tumbling (no matter what it is) is awesome!!!
As for tumbling, it usually doesn't have a big say in whether you make the squad, even though it's a great skill and is worth sticking to!! Over 70 girls tried out for 12 slots at my school, and half of the the girls that made it can't do a back handspring, and 3 have never even tried to tumble.
Sorry, that didn't really answer your question... But no, it doesn't matter whether she runs before or not. Running only gives you momentum, but since she doesn't have a running start, it shows that she has a lot of control and strength!!!

I have tmobile and think it's great! It gets really good service and they have a lot of family plans, and a bunch of phones!!
the company with the most touch screen phones that I know of is verizon, and they also have amazing service and good family plans... most of my friends have it and are very pleased :)
DO NOT get sprint. crappy service. crappy phones. crap. haha
AT&T is good too I've heard, but I can't tell you more than that.
I suggest going to the websites of those services (tmobile verizon and AT&T) and looking at their phones, prices and plans. it'll be the easiest way to tell which company is best.
oh, and you definitely want to go for a larger company, because you'll get more coverage in more places. haha

I really want to get my backhand spring for cheerleading. The only problem is my town is really rual and theres not any cheerleading/gymnastic gyms that are even remotely near where i live. I have my backbend and i can support my weight in a hand stand. I've never actually tried to do one because im afraid of getting hurt. Do you have any tips on getting my backhand spring solo AND safely????

okay, I've been cheering for like 5 years so hopefully this helps...
practice doing a back walkover (backbend and kicking over one leg at a time) and then practice doing them faster and faster... once you're REALLY comfortable doing them, try doing a backbend and then bend your legs and sort of hop(..?) and use both legs at the same time to go over (hopefully that made sense). the best way to start doing your backhandspring is on a trampoline or a very soft cushiony surface, like a bed or a bunch of pillows. gradually get to the point where you're comfortable doing it on the ground WITH A SPOT!!!! if no one knows how to spot you on it, I'm sure you can find YouTube videos on it... you can also look up videos on good technique for your back handspring.

I know this guy and we hang out prolly once a week sometimes twice and I think he likes me but im not sure. please help me...
ok i have been on and off with this guy austin for almost six years..i love him i do..but he doesnt treat me like i know i should be treated..sometimes he even just makes me feel shitty about myself sometimes though..he makes me feel reall good...we have been through more good times and bad times..than anyone i know...also..his family is my family..they adore me..and i feel the same about them...it that makes it harder....and everytime we break up..it never fails..i go back to him.. because i cant stand the sight of him and someone else...
but theres this justin guy that has just recently come into my life..and we have become extremely close over the last 5 or 6 months..give or take a few...but he makes me feel so good...hes so sweet..hes so good to me.he treats me like way too good i feel like..he makes me feel reall good about myself...and makes me happy...but yet so does austin..sometimes...but anyway...justin has me on this pedestle..and i dont feel like i belong there..or deserve to be there...he looks at me like no one has..ever looked at me...but i cant shake this thing that i have for austin..and i hate seeing him with anyone else...im just so confused..i dont want to hurt anyone..but i also dont want to hurt myself anymore...i really really love them both..and cant picture myself without either one...

One of my friends used window paint on a window in one of his classrooms saying 'sweetheart? -Kennedy' (we call it sweetheart)
Another one had a hall pass sent to his room, saying he had to go to the principals office immediately. Then she decorated the office and had a sign in there somewhere.
One of my friends baked cookies and in each of his classes, she put one on his desk. Each one had a letter or two that spelled out 'sweetheart?' (in your case, turnabout) and at the end of the day she walked up to him with a cookie saying 'me?'
Our science teacher uses powerpoint presentations in order for us to take notes, so I helped my friend design a slide in the powerpoint to ask her boyfriend, who had the class the hour after us.

Okay it depends on what you texted him about. If it had to do with schoolwork or something, ask him about how he did on a certain assignment in that class, and make jokes about the teacher or the class (students in the class, etc.), and just really respond to him (I hope this is making sense.) haha like if he makes a joke, laugh! I know it's REALLY scary to talk to them in person, but guys love when girls make an effort to talk to them because they're just as nervous as you!
I don't wanna sound like a creeper or anything haha but it might be easier and faster if we texted about it..? Whatever you want girl, hope I helped!!

I tend to break out on my cheeks alot. My face is clear everywhere but there and nothing seems to help. I've tried different washes and spot treatments, and they just won't go away. Does anyone have any recommendations for good products that have helped? Or any home remedies too? Thanks! (link)

If you've tried everything from a convienience store and nothin worked, go to the doctor (I know, a little embarrassing) but you could try Benzaclin (I probably butchered the spelling, sorry!!) but my brother has a prescription for it and it works wonders. It doesn't foam or bubble but it has bleach in it so it kills bacteria. I'm also pretty sure that you can return it if it isn't right for you. You can either ask your doctor or find more information online.
Of course, I went to the Clinique Makeup counter at the mall, and they asked me a few questions about my skin before givin me the face wash that would work best for me. It's three steps and a little more expensive but it lasts quite a few months and I think it's great!!!

You can seriously talk to guys about anything. Don't be a creep or anything, but maybe find out about his favorite sports teams and show some interest in that category. Or if you have classes together, ask him about a homework assignment, work with him on a project... Find a decent way to show him your talents and strengths!!! (ex. If you're smart, help him... If you're athletic, challenge him to a game in a sport you excel at.)

i brush my teeth every day and floss everyday too. but for some reason i feel like my breath smells terrible always. im always chewing gum and mints but after i finish with them my breath feels funky again. i dont know if its all in my head but i really do feel my mouth smelling and being dry. even if i dont chew gum or mints, like after i brush my teeth and then go to school, i always taste a really bad taste on my teeth. i know its definetly not from the toothpaste. midday it happens too if ive had a snack or even if i didnt.. i cant describe what it tastes like other than to say it tastes likes garbage. and when i drink my water from my waterbottle, i can taste the grossness i taste on my teeth. i really dont know what could be the problem. i honestly take really good care of my teeth and have exquisite hygene. i would never not take care of my mouth/body so thats why im so concerened about this problem. im also really nervous if someone kisses me if theyll also taste what i taste. what could be the cause of this awful taste/bad breath? has anyone else experienced this bad tasting teeth thing when they slide their tounge on their teeth? what are some solutions? I'm really aware of my bad breath too! It doesn't seem to be as extreme as yours, but I'm always self conscious of how my breath smells and if other people can smell/taste it too.
I know you said they don't really work for you, but try strong breathmints like altoids (I personally like BreathSavers STRONG MINT, peppermint flavored with Menthol) or a strong minty gum. You might have to experiment a little with what gums/mints work best for you.
If you still can't find anything that works for you, try asking your dentist if there is a special toothpaste or something to get rid of that bad breath!!!

I have a really good guy friend (dated him twice) and he wants me to do that too!!!
So speaking from experience, it's hard to tell him that you don't want to talk about that kind of stuff, so if he asks you, just say 'you can't talk to *insert guy friend's name here* about that instead? haha' that way you're not being harsh but you're letting him know that YOU DON'T WANT TO TALK LIKE THAT!!!! I know that it's soooo easy to feel guilty just from talking perverted, so please don't feel pressured into doing it. If you tell him no and he still bothers you about it, don't talk to him.
