I was curious as to how much Photoshop is?
And a lot of people have black and white pictures with some colorful eyes and stuff, or just one color here or there.
Is there another way you can do that and have it look professional, or at least decent? Thanks!
P.S. I've tried Photobucket's eye editing, and it's NO good. I just don't really get their editing thingy!

Anyways, there is a program called Picasa it's associated wth google and it lets you make some editing changes. Like for example, it lets you make a photo black and white but keep some color. It's pretty cool. There is also a program called Photofiltre that I know people use. It's free i believe if you can find it on the web. I hope I helped.
