One of my friends used window paint on a window in one of his classrooms saying 'sweetheart? -Kennedy' (we call it sweetheart)
Another one had a hall pass sent to his room, saying he had to go to the principals office immediately. Then she decorated the office and had a sign in there somewhere.
One of my friends baked cookies and in each of his classes, she put one on his desk. Each one had a letter or two that spelled out 'sweetheart?' (in your case, turnabout) and at the end of the day she walked up to him with a cookie saying 'me?'
Our science teacher uses powerpoint presentations in order for us to take notes, so I helped my friend design a slide in the powerpoint to ask her boyfriend, who had the class the hour after us. [ GoAskMellie's advice column | Ask GoAskMellie A Question ]

Bake cupcakes and ice the letters of turnabout onto them and give it to him.
Have a male friend dress up as you and ask him.
Give him random notes throughout the day asking him in different languages and have the last note be in English.
