hey...i'm 17 and my b/f and i have been dating for 4 years. We really truly love eachother. I know it's true and i know he respects me. i have mine peirced nd im 13. i didnt hafta convince my parents, my dad just asked me one day if i wanted to get it done. first they grip it with a pinching thing that has a hole in it. then they put a huge needle throught the hole and slides the ring through. trust me, its hurts like hell for the first 3 hours. if u do get it done keep it VERY clean because it might get infected.
