For a couple years now, I have been able to control this pain in my foot. If I stretch out my foot (mostly toes) and then push them slightly down with my muscles, my foot will freeze in that position and it becomes very painful. Sometimes, my foot will just go into this position without me making it. Is this some sort of condition, can I prevent it? (link)

it is queefing and its perfectly normal. at times it can be funny to if you can make yourself do it like purposely. my friend knows how to do. anyway is normal is just and air bubble in your vagina that makes a noise as it comes out. its no bigge. nuthin to worry about. hope i helped.

I already asked a quesion a while ago about Valentines Day. I really don't know what to get my best friend Daniel. I'm wanting to get him a stuffed animal off of this one site, but I'm having a hard time picking between all 4 bears I like. im 14/f well like two days ago me and my brother got mugged and well there was three men and one grabbed me by my neck and tried chocking me so i kicked him in the balls when i tried to get back to my brother the guy had his knife on him and his friend was hitting him while the other guy was still trying to hold on to me...anyways my bro told me to run and i did after tht i found him coming back and he was bleeding we were both in a very bad state...and now its two days after what happened and ever since what happened when i come to try to eat this empty feeling is in my stomach and im not able to breath well and i cant eat and my stomach keeps hurting me and i start getting scared every time the dark comes or when i see or hear anything i get shocked and scared really easy my stomach really hurts me and i feel like i need to puke...is this cuz of the shock because before what happened i wasnt affraid of anything and belive me i mean nothing...and now im scared alot and i cant stand to be myself..i think there might be something wrong with me..i just need some advice or help ...thx (link)

theres nothing wrong with you. you are just shaken up. you might be like that for the rest of your life. i got in a car accident and i almost died and not everytime i get in a car im really parinoid. you'll be able to eat again but when you are out by yourself or sumthing you might be a little parinoid. hope i helped.

im flat chested im a 32 a in bust size, but im really emberrased because i got this bra from VS and its fully padded and its a 34 a cause i know i dont fill it out and its really embarrasing to change in p.e. cause all the girls know i dont fill out my bra but when i wear the 32 a it hurts like my back and makes red marks which isnt healthy but then like a year ago when i did wear a 32 a sometimes when i wear loose shirts my boobs would look like tiny buds that looked really weird
fyi im short like 5'3" and i heard its less noticable if you have a flat chest if your tall, and ive had my period for about a year now.

dont worry about how big your boobs are. the only ones who really care about that is perverted guys and you. your time will come when your git big boobs but until then dont worry about it. plus if they git to big they give you back trouble and they git in the way.=) enjoy your little boobs while you got them. hope i helped.

I'm married, and my husband and I rent a house from my parents. I'm 20, and my husband is 21. They've been pretty generous by offering us the house over other renters, and giving us a lower rent. They insist of holding a copy of the house key for emergencies, which is fine with me.
Here's the problem. Lately, they've been letting themselves in without knocking. After my husband and I come home from work and put the baby in bed, we tend to sit around...not completely clothed. More than once now, they've caught us like this; once just walking around naked and twice being intimate.
But maybe worse, they let themselves in when we're not home. I don't think they mean any harm, but they come in, look around, borrow our stuff, and clean.
I'm afraid that they'll find something they don't like and kick us out. I feel that we're adults, and we pay rent, so we deserve some privacy. Am I right that we should have privacy? If so, how should I go about talking to my parents? I don't want to make them feel bad, since I think they're just trying to help. (link)

ive been thinking about a new years resolution---to get skinnier. im about 140ish pounds now and 5ft 3in and i wanted to know if doing like 100 sit ups/crunches a day and 100 of these leg excersises thingies when you lay down and lift up your butt. i wanted to know how long it would take to lose like 30 or 40lbs if i did this. if you had any suggestions on this please tell me.

you dont need to lose weight. you are the right weight for your height. doin sit ups and crunches wont help you lose weight either trust me i know these things. i thought i was fat to so i started doin sit ups and push up and crap like that and the only thing that happened is my stomach got flatter and it all turned into muscle. this is really the only thing you can do it makes it look like u lost weight but u really didnt. i have been the same weight since 5th grade and just this summer my neighbor said it looks like ive lost a lot of weight.try do in sit ups and push up and any other exercise you can think of. hope i helped.
